Positive aspects include a pleasant 4-star hotel with spacious rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. Guests can enjoy cocktails by the pool for approximately €5. However, there is currently a large construction site nearby for a new 5-star hotel, and no flat-screen TVs are available.

During my stay at Ninh Binh Legend Hotel from December 27th to 28th, 2023, I encountered a deeply unsatisfactory incident involving the loss of my retainers, valued at approximately $300 AUD, with the hotel's refusal to offer compensation. The incident occurred the morning of December 28th, 2023, when I placed my retainers in a small niche near the sink in my hotel room before heading out for the day. Upon returning around 10 PM that evening, I discovered my retainers were missing. Given that I had been away all day, it was evident that only the housekeeping staff could have accessed my room during that time. While it seems improbable that they took the retainers intentionally, it's more likely they mistook them for disposable plastic and discarded them while cleaning. This mistake, albeit understandable, became exacerbated by the hotel's subsequent mishandling of the situation. Immediately upon noticing the absence of my retainers, I contacted the hotel reception and personally visited to report the issue. I was assured that the housekeeping team would be informed, and the following morning, I would have the opportunity to show them exactly where I had left my retainers. The next day, I met with Ms. Linh and several members of the housekeeping staff. I showed them photos of my retainers and pointed out the exact location where they had been placed. Ms. Linh reassured me that a thorough search would be conducted, including not only my room but also those of my companions. Furthermore, I was promised compensation if the retainers couldn't be located. A day or so later, I received an email stating that my retainers were indeed not found, which was not unexpected, given the circumstances. However, disappointingly, the email made no mention of compensation. Subsequent frustrating email exchanges followed, during which Mr. Tran Dac Hoan informed me that according to hotel policy, they do not compensate for the loss of any guest items unless they were deposited at the reception or in the safe. The suggestion that everyday items like retainers should be left in such locations is impractical and frankly unreasonable. What is particularly disheartening is the hotel's reversal of their earlier verbal commitment to compensate me for the lost items. Had I known they would retract their promise, I would have insisted on written confirmation beforehand. The best the Ninh Binh Legend Hotel could offer by way of compensation was a complimentary stay in the future — an offer that holds little appeal after this distressing experience. Overall, I am profoundly disappointed by the hotel's lack of professionalism and integrity in handling this matter. I strongly advise against staying here unless you're comfortable locking away all your belongings, as evidently, their staff may dispose of them without consequence if they are not secured in a designated manner.

Staff were super friendly ,accommodating and treated us like family . Service was excellent rooms were clean and hotel had an array of amenities Skybar had beautiful views and restaurant had wonderful tasting food . Would stay here again and return in the future .

Phòng thoải mái, thoáng, view lâu đài. Dịch vụ đầy đủ, rất ấn tượng bể bơi vô cực trên tầng thượng. Khách sạn gần với các điểm du lịch lân cận. Chỉ cách 1km ra phố đi bộ. Bell khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, tư vấn những điểm đến tôi có thể đi trong ngày. Sẽ quay lại nơi này vào lần tới.

The room is clean, the air conditioner works well. The hotel is in a quiet place so i did have a good dream there. I came lately at 11p.m but the receptionist was friendly and professional. I stayed there 2 times when i came to Ninh Binh. And both were satisfying.

Tout était parfait, le confort des chambres, très spacieuses, et le personnel aux petits soins. Localisations idéale à côté des temples. Nourriture excellente et variée, avec un petit cadeau à la fin du séjour. Rien ne vous est refusé dans cet établissement ! Je recommande vivement.

We stayed at this place during the Tet holiday, we were worried about having nothing to do here for 2 days. But this hotel located in a beautiful area (near the Old Quarter and easy to go to Trang An). The staff was always accommodating and friendly, they welcomed us with cake and flowers in the room, lovely breakfasts.

We spent one night at this hotel. We loved the food varieties of the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful . They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and convenient. Hotel landscape was beautiful. Highly recommended!

The people at the hotel were really friendly from the moment I arrived. They made checking in easy, and the room they gave me was fantastic. It was big, comfy, and had everything I needed. Plus, the view from the rooftop swimming pool was so pretty!

Mooi hotel, met veel marmer. Mooie ingang met grote balie. Het zijn hele mooie , grote schone kamers. Alles is super schoon. Groot, comfortabel bed. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Ze hebben ook een mooi zwembad en een bar. Heerlijke bedden.

Hôtel usine . Neuf avec de très belles prestations. Le personnel a besoin de se roder. Massage au top avec personnel très pro. Roof top exceptionnel avec une magnifique piscine extérieure. Chambre propre avec très bonne literie et très fonctionnelle, grande et agréable. Clim bien évidemment. Repas et petit déjeuner de grande qualité et avec une belle diversité . Très bon hôtel

Ce mastodonte propose plusieurs niveaux de chambres. Elles sont spacieuses, propres et bien insonorisés. Roof top très agréable avec sa piscine non chauffée. Il vient d’ouvrir pour la saison, et le personnel doit trouver ses marques … très bon diner en buffet avec des préparations locales de bonnes factures. Petit déjeuner de la même qualité même si c’est un peu l’usine ( nombre de tables).
