The staff at Boutique Hoi An Resort were exceptionally attentive and ensured our experience felt incredibly personalized. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel pays meticulous attention to every detail. The entire staff exuded warmth, tending to our every need and going out of their way to make our stay memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I felt a twinge of sadness as our stay came to an end, a testament to the wonderful time we had!

I'm unsure about encountering racism. The young individuals who prepared breakfast were welcoming, and we enjoyed swimming and chatting while greeting foreigners... Instead of labeling the staff as unwelcoming, I perceived this country as laid-back, and the accommodations were adequate considering it wasn't a luxury resort, so there were no significant inconveniences.

We felt incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view of the hotel grounds and impeccably clean. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the swimming pool was delightful. Unfortunately, we didn't have good weather, so we missed out on experiencing the beach and sea swimming. The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Hoi An, but they arrange a quick taxi ride to the center.

I am Pat, a traveler from Europe who visited this hotel last month. Initially unaware of this establishment, my travel agency arranged a few nights for us in Hoi An. I would have rated this hotel with 5 stars if not for certain occurrences, specifically, the constant attempts by the receptionists, bellboys, and even the free shuttle bus drivers to divert me to their store. Although Hoi An is renowned for shopping, the persistent focus on shopping felt like an imposition. I am disappointed in this hotel; its amenities deserve better than this negative appraisal from me. Nonetheless, it is what it is! Thank you.

Boutique Hoi An Resort is a truly remarkable property. It's boutique by size, which makes it such a beautiful property. The front of house team, especially Linh and Nhan, make this resort an exceptionally personal experience. Small enough that everybody remembers your name, but a large enough property to feel like you have all the space in the world. We enjoyed this resort so much, we returned a week later and stayed again! This is a unique property in that the pool is steps away from the beach, so you have endless choice as to how you want to spend your day. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and happy hours at the bars around the resort are a great way to spend an afternoon. All the resort facilities are top of the line, the breakfast is varied and plentiful enough for everyone. The afternoon and evening shuttle bus to Hoi An old town are on the hour, and the team is always there to make sure everyone returns home in the evening. No matter the request, the team at Boutique were always there to help, we had a number of them, and nothing was out of their reach or beyond their capabilities. If I could give the service 5 more stars, I would! I cannot recommend this resort enough. A phenomenal experience. We will be back! This hotel thoroughly deserves its high rating on TripAdvisor. It is in a beautiful setting next to the beach and everything is to a very high standard. The pool is stunning and a great area to recharge batteries. We really liked that it was well away from the tourist madness that is Hoi An. Getting to and from the town is easy with the free shuttle bus or by using Grab. Particularly helpful are the front of house team. Nhan and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. Whether you want a week here or just a couple of days this hotel will prove to be a great success.

A beautiful well maintained spacious hotel set on the beach. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink by Mr Phong who personally showed us to our room. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, tea/coffee, mini bar, bath robes, slippers and toiletries. Ample comfortable sun beds surround the stunning pool area, which is maintained to a high standard and is a welcoming refresh in the heat. Lots of choice for breakfast, including lots of tropical fruits and the al la carte restaurant menus include local and western food for lunch and dinner options. Free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town several times throughout the day. A great choice for a relaxing break. Looking forward to returning.

2nd time at this lovely beach front hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the gardeners do a fabulous job. The hotel is in a quite area . 4 great little restaurants opposite. Shuttle bus to Hoian old town. The resort has a great pool plenty sun beds. Couple of little beach bars at either side. Wild beach bar is run by a lovely lady. The staff at this hotel are so lovely they treat you so well. They recognised us immediately from our previous stay. Which was 2 years ago. The lovely Ahen such a lovely lady. Wouldn't stop anywhere else.

Lovely stylish resort on a lovely beach, with lovely staff. My wife, 2 boys (11 and 15) and I had a fabulous stay here. We chose the resort as we we wanted to be on the beach but with easy access to Hoi An old town. The Boutique was perfect. Lovely beach. While beach to either side has been extended out to a lot by the municipal government, the stretch at the hotel has not and so it is more natural and pretty and a much shorter walk into the sea. Plenty of hotel loungers on the beach. The main pool is fantastic, one of the best. The rooms are lovely. We had 2 premier deluxe rooms, ground floor gave us direct access to the gardens and pool. The hotel runs a shuttle into Hoi A day and night but outside of that taxis are only 80,000-120,000 so easy and cheap to get to and from anytime you want. We ate at the beach bar a couple of times and had a fabulous set dinner in the restaurant. Sundowners at the pool bar or beach bar too. Drinks, while of course are more than in local restaurants or bars are more pricey, they are good value and not expensive. Minimarts and laundry services right outside the hotel on the relatively quiet road. Also a little beach restaurant right next door: Coconut Beach. We are at 2 of the 3 restaurant across the road and they were 2 of the best dining experiences we had on our trip: Viets Kitchen and Tan Phat, both great food and lovely people. I’m sure the other restaurant Ixra would be just as good. But do not overlook the hotels own restaurant! Thank you Mr Theo and the team! Right up there with our favourite South East Asian beach stays!

A perfect place to be by the beach & also a 15min drive from Hoi An . Thank you to Ely and all the staff who can’t do enough to assist you . The rooms are a great size , the food was really tasty, the pool is a good size & the beach has plenty of lounges & umbrellas . There are also restaurants & mini marts straight outside so location is perfect. Id easily come back ! .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Hoi An Resort. Everything is so perfectly balanced—a warm and personal welcome. Everyone at the reception here knew our names. Our kids really enjoyed the Boutique Deluxe room where we stayed, which was close to the beach and a swimming pool with green garden surroundings. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Valuation The hotel is fantastic. Above all, the staff really read your every wish from your eyes. Jay and Joy took excellent care of me. They are wonderful. Joy is the pearl of the hotel. Loved our stay at this beachside hotel. The beachfront and pool were highlights - we soaked up the relaxed vibe - just what we needed! The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had, achieving the challenging task of filling up hollow legged teens! Room was compact but well equipped with notably lovely linens, great bathroom with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Courtesy shuttle bus to town a welcome addition and we also hired a driver & car for a day trip - recommended as driver was lovely and navigated safely! A special mention for the lovely staff who were just fantastic - friendly, attentive and caring - the service level really was exceptional and they clearly take pride in looking after clients so well.

Boutique Hoi An is a beautiful resort located right on the beach, and it features a very large swimming pool that’s great for swimming laps (the shallow end is very shallow, however, so no flip turns!). We chose this hotel as a kind of midpoint “oasis” within our 2-week itinerary from HCMC/Saigon to Hanoi, and we found it very relaxing. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the historic core of Hoi An, where all the nightlife takes place. We are grateful to the many friendly staff members who took care of us and gave excellent recommendations!

Very friendly people. Amazing hotel. The food incredible and overall everything is perfect. The private beach is one of the main reasons I came here and it didn’t disappoint as it was incredibly picturesque. This hotel at night is breathtaking. Overall I encourage you to go here as the only mistake I made was not staying here long enough.

Such a relaxing environment at this hotel . Grounds are immaculately maintained and the large pool area is the centerpiece of the gardens . The breakfast selections were outstanding and freshly cooked omelettes were a highlight . We try to avoid eating at the hotel but we had dinner at the restaurant one night and the Vietnamese set menu was outstanding . Very high quality dishes . The room was spacious and so well air conditioned it was a delight to walk back into to give some respite from the heat . The spa services were well priced and excellent massage and pedicures where had . The pool is very warm as it seems is pretty standard throughout Vietnam and if they could some how find a way to make it cooler it would be even more refreshing and enjoyable . We fell in love with Vietnam and Hoi An and the Boutique resort Hotel played a big part in that . No decision needed where to stay next time , we will be coming back here

We stayed for 12 nights in Premier deluxe room with pool and sea views which was spacious and nicely maintained. The staff were so friendly and whatever you asked for was done. Food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was of a high standard and not expensive. We went into town most nights using the local taxis which the hotel called for and they also changed our money in the reception. The hotel has a nice private beach and Au bang public beach and Cua dai public beach are close by and we visited both and had a nice day out mixing with the locals. Trips to Danang, Marble mountain and the coconut boats are easily done from the hotel or by taxis. Definitely will be returning to see the wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome.

This hotel is utterly stunning, and I wish I had a lot longer than 5 night here! The boutique deluxe rooms were gorgeous, offering extra privacy and space. As you walk out from your ground floor balcony you are looking directly out to the beach. The room has a front balcony and a back balcony leading off the bathroom. The room itself is extremely spacious, with a very comfortable kind bed, gown, slippers, all the bathroom amenities and walk in shower. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with padded sun beds and waiter service to you. A big thanks to Tram & Thuong for their hospitality. It was a shame that the pool isn’t temperature controlled so when the weather is exceeding the late 30°C it wasn’t always cool. Yet the beach offers another private escape, with views down the Hoi An coast line and easy access into the cool waters, again with waiter service to your sun bed or if you want to chill at the bar area. We used to the restaurant for breakfast only and were very happy with it, offering a mix of western or Asia food. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town which was really nice and only took about 10 mins to get there and back. I will without a doubt return to this hotel - it’s is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

This hotel is utterly stunning, and I wish I had a lot longer than 5 night here! The boutique deluxe rooms were gorgeous, offering extra privacy and space. As you walk out from your ground floor balcony you are looking directly out to the beach. The room has a front balcony and a back balcony leading off the bathroom. The room itself is extremely spacious, with a very comfortable kind bed, gown, slippers, all the bathroom amenities and walk in shower. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with padded sun beds and waiter service to you. A big thanks to Tram & Thuong for their hospitality. It was a shame that the pool isn’t temperature controlled so when the weather is exceeding the late 30°C it wasn’t always cool. Yet the beach offers another private escape, with views down the Hoi An coast line and easy access into the cool waters, again with waiter service to your sun bed or if you want to chill at the bar area. We used to the restaurant for breakfast only and were very happy with it, offering a mix of western or Asia food. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town which was really nice and only took about 10 mins to get there and back. I will without a doubt return to this hotel - it’s is one of the best I’ve stayed in.
