During the New Year holidays, I spent 3 nights alone. The cost was 3,669,000 dong. The location was excellent, surrounded by food shops and massage parlors. Despite being in a narrow alley, I didn't mind the occasional noise. The hotel offered a satisfying breakfast included in the stay. Breakfast choices were varied, ensuring I never got bored. Overall, both the room and staff met my expectations.

Great location and well-maintained establishment. The rooms are surprisingly spacious despite the unassuming exterior. The front desk staff, especially Huyen, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. She also speaks fluent English. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Hanoi.

My room appeared quite outdated, dimly lit, and smaller than expected from the photos. The air conditioning was ineffective. Conversely, my friend's room was significantly better. However, the affordability and central location were unbeatable.

Affordable hotel offering great value in an excellent location. We stayed for two nights at the Royal Holiday and aside from the curtains not completely blocking out the light from the neon signs across the street, there's little to complain about: the room was spotless, the bed was enormous, and the staff were extremely helpful.

Comfortable room with air conditioning and fridge. Central location near Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a comfortable elevator. I stayed 4 nights and every morning they offered us 2 bottles of water.

Hotel is situated within 2 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable equipped with aircon and ceiling fan. Generous choice of 2 serving of la lar carte breakfast from menu as compared to most hotels in the area which only allow 1 serving.

I had such an amazing time at Royal Holiday Hotel.. the included breakfast was so generous and delicious. We were so full for ages after this nourishing feed. The staff went above and beyond for us, helping to organise transport, a boat cruise in Ha along (Aquamarine) which I highly recommend, doing our washing and much more. amazing staff and very convenient location. technically we stayed here twice. first, upon arrival at two am from noi bai airport. we stayed overnight prior to our excursion to sapa and halong. second, when we stayed four days after ourvout of town excursion. they allowed us to do an early check in at 10!am. the hotel booked all our sapa, halong and ninh bin trip. it came out cheaper than if we booked it ourselves. the hotel only had twelve rooms and it certainly had a small cozy feel. rooms were clean decent and very comfortable. wifi signal was strong and fast. elevator was very efficient as it only served two rooms per floor made us feel that the elevator was solely dedicated to us.
