Wifi trong phòng không luôn ổn định. Dịch vụ đặt tour rẻ hơn so với nơi khác. Một điểm dừng chân không tồi tại Hà Nội, chúng tôi tổng quá hài lòng với kì nghỉ của mình, đặc biệt với giá cả hợp lý.

Centric but tranquil.Although close to the Cathedral and the Old Quarter, it was so quiet that I could sleep with the windows open, letting in fresh air. Great for Ha Noi. staff extremely nice and helpful.

Great rooms that open to an inner patio which made it possible to sleep with an open window without being disturbed by the awful Ha Noi traffic. Extremely nice staff, good location for visits to Old Quarter, Water Puppet Theatre and Hoa Lo prison. Good breakfast included.

Hotel is adequate to three stars standard. Rooms are clean. Very good breakfasts. But The best and helpfull, polite was Mr Duc. He organised us fantastic trip to Ninh Bình.Location is very good in center of old quarter square.

We stayed here 3 nights. The view from our window (we had a room ending in -06) was incredible! The morning sun rising over Ha Long Bay is breathtaking! The room is a corner room and so was enormous, and the bathroom was equally as huge. The couple travelling with us had a room ending in -04 and their room was definitely much smaller but both rooms were well presented and very clean. The usual amenities are available in the room though the tv didn’t connect to any channels. Overall it does have luxurious feel to it. The reception staff were wonderful to help us book a cruise in the bay and taxis to get around. But download the Grab app as it’s the local version of uber and was cheaper than taxis. The breakfast was noodle soup with beef or chicken and you could order fried eggs to go with it or toast as well. The coffee was delicious too. The restaurant is on level 8 but the elevator only goes to level 7, so you get off at 7 and climb the stairs to level 8. The view is absolutely beautiful up there, and is a wonderful way to start your day off. The location is really good, with a shopping centre one street over where there is a good court on the top floor. Behind that is the market where you can stock up on snacks or souvenirs or just about anything you need really. Lots of fresh seafood constantly being brought in and fried for purchase in this market too. Take a walk past the mall and market along the water on the bridge to more lovely views. The only problem we had with it is that directly next door another building is under construction and though reception told us they won’t start work till 8, they started work at 6:30am in the morning. So there was no sleeping in, though this was entirely out of the control of the hotel, perhaps offering ear plugs might be a good idea until the construction is over. Other than this utterly minor and temporary issue of the construction site, the hotel is excellent and i highly recommend for your stay in Ha Long Bay.

The hotel was Very clean! Hotel stuff is very nice (Mr Duc) and the hotel is located in a very central location, closd to the lake and to the night narkey on the weekend. Highly recommended, good, value for money.

I and my husband stayed here for a couple of days. This place was really good for us, and the staff was amazing. Room had a nice window and comfortable bed. We will reccomend to our friends who will be coming to Hanoi in the future Tha k you very much!
