Initially, the room seemed pleasant. The rooms open to the outside and are spacious. There is a TV, but it isn't connected to an antenna cable. The swimming pool is at risk of collapsing due to the nearby river, and no solutions are in sight. The dinner was satisfactory, but breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was too strong and tasted reheated. In summary, this isn't a hotel suitable for stays longer than a day. We intended to stay for three days but left after just one. As for the national park, out of twelve excursions, only three were available. The highlight we anticipated, seeing the Gibbon monkeys, is no longer an option for tourists, as only four permits are issued daily and are fully booked for a month. This place is deceptive; I will not return here!

Đừng để tôi nói gì về vườn quốc gia, trong 12 chuyến tham quan, chỉ có 3 chuyến có sẵn. Điều tốt nhất chúng tôi đến đây để xem những con khỉ Gibon, nhưng chúng không còn nữa cho du khách. Chỉ có 4 chỗ mỗi ngày và đã được đặt hết cho 1 tháng. Lừa đảo, tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây!!!!

Following the COVID pandemic, this place has deteriorated significantly. Unlike its neighboring establishments, it failed to maintain its standards. Even the supposedly best rooms offer subpar river views compared to nearby options that are both cheaper and more pleasant. The bedding is infested with dead mosquitoes, the swimming pool is murky and unclean due to lack of maintenance, and the landscaping is unkempt. The drains in the rooms are dysfunctional, resulting in stagnant water. Despite being the sole guests, our room remained uncleaned, highlighting the staff's disorganization and lack of training. It took an unreasonable six hours for someone to address a simple issue like turning on the air conditioning. The outdoor lighting is non-functional, posing a safety hazard for guests returning after dark. The restaurant prices are exorbitant, and the food quality is subpar. Additionally, guests are required to pre-order from a limited Vietnamese menu, which is unsatisfactory. Breakfast offerings are dismal, consisting of only two fried eggs, a piece of bread, and juice, with no other options available. As a result, we opted for more satisfying meals at nearby eateries, offering better quality at half the price. Instead of the hotel's burnt frozen french fries, we enjoyed fresh potatoes, cold coconuts, and delicious smoothies from local vendors. We strongly advise against staying here, as there are superior alternatives available just a minute's walk away. It is regrettable that this establishment, which was likely commendable in the past, now suffers from neglect and poor design, rendering it an unwise choice.

Chúng tôi là khách duy nhất và họ quên quét dọn phòng của chúng tôi. Màn hình phòng tắm và khe chống thấm cửa sổ không được bảo dưỡng tốt nên căn phòng của chúng tôi đầy côn trùng, động vật hoang dã, thậm chí có một số con ve được vào phòng tắm của chúng tôi vào ban đêm. Tất cả mọi thứ nói chung chỉ là đã xuống cấp. Nhân viên thân thiện và cố gắng hết sức nhưng họ không có tổ chức và không được đào tạo. Mất 6 tiếng đồng hồ để có người tìm ra công tắt để bật máy lạnh trong phòng. Đèn bên ngoài không hoạt động nên nếu bạn đến sau khi trời tối bạn sẽ ngã trên đường đi vào phòng của mình. Đồ ăn ở nhà hàng được định giá cao và không ngon chút nào. Hiện tại họ buộc phải đặt hàng trước từ một menu cố định của món ăn Việt Nam. Không ngon. Bữa sáng chỉ có hai quả trứng chiên và một ổ bánh mì và nước ép. Không có rau củ, thịt, v.v. có sẵn. Cuối cùng, chúng tôi đã có một bữa sáng thứ hai và một bữa tối thứ hai tuyệt vời tại các nhà hàng ngoài trời địa phương với một nửa giá và chất lượng gấp đôi. Fortunately, there's a great restaurant nearby that offers delicious food at much more reasonable prices. The property seems a bit neglected post-COVID, evidenced by issues like a leaking bathroom toilet.

Tranquil atmosphere, delectable cuisine, only lamenting that Jungle Lodge's pool was washed away by floods, leaving no pool for relaxation. There are numerous cycling and adventure tours ideal for families to join. Best time to visit is from October to December to avoid the rainy season... Staff is friendly, accommodations are decent.

Absolutely delicious home-made meal in the lodge’s beautiful restaurant - the staff were very attentive and the friendly owner recommended the best dishes and showed us how to enjoy them with great cooking tips - a wonderful experience!!

Le lieu est magique, au cœur d'une nature luxuriante au bord de la rivière à proximité immédiate de l'entrée du Parc naturel de Cat Tien. C'est un Paradis terrestre où il fait bon se ressourcer. Nous avons bénéficié des bienfaits de la sono thérapie, avec toute la maîtrise d'un expert. Le son des bols tibétains se mêlant au son de la nature pour un effet relaxant et régénérant des plus profonds. Le matin, on entend le chant des Gibbons, c'est fabuleux. Il fait bon se relaxer au bord de la piscine après les avoir randonné tout autour. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont cuisinés avec les produits locaux, et proposent une grande variété de saveurs. Nous avons pu découvrir grâce à Me Phuong les environs, avec des parcours personnalisés, nous avons été totalement sous le charme et sommes répartis avec un bon boost d'energie!Merci !!!

I have a very nice moment with the tibétain bowl. Relax and more energy, linked with the soundtrack. Very nice place in Ho-Chi-Min center. I recomend you, after one hour my body and my head feel lighter, as if stress left after one hour with the sound!

Only 1 roll of toilet paper, no soap, breakfast minimal (omelette Watermelon and juice) and it took 25 minutes to prepare said omelette with only 3 out of 20 tables occupied. Staff does not speak English and does not care to communicate with basic hand gestures/pointing either. Still 3 out of 5 because location is great and room was clean and air conditioned.

We are a travel agent and we booked a trekking package through Cat Tien Jungle Lodge from 25-28 Feb 2023. Right from the beginning of the trip, the Lodge decided to change the program without noticing us. The included services such as night safari tour and lunch were cut off. Clients were very dispointed about this and we worked with Cat Tien Jungle Lodge for a refunding to clients and they denied to deal with us. From time to time, they ignored our phone calls and emails. Their working manner is definitely unacceptable. Pros: Good location. Near Ferry to Nam Cat Tien Jungle. Near the Bamboo restaurant which provide very good lunch and river view. Basic breakfast, acceptable dinner. Standard staff service. Cons: Dim room by weak yellow light. Have a window look to the hotel corridor but it is overall covered by the curtain sealed to the wall because of bad design. The ceiling fan keeps flow out the window curtain, reveal the toilet and the guest, no privacy if open the curtain. No window in conclusion. Small pool, 12-15m length.

Wer es in den 70er Jahren versäumt hat, in der DDR staatliche Hotels zu genießen, kann das hier authentisch nachholen: unmotiviertes Personal, schmuddelige Zimmer, schlechtes Essen, kalte Dusche... Schade um das Potential, das in dieser Location stecken würde. Auch der nahegelegene Nationalpark versprüht denselben Charme. Wir sind vorzeitig wieder abgereist.

Bucht auf keinen Fall dieses Hotel. Unfreundliches Personal, Essen zum kotzen, Zimmer unsauber und die Zimmer stinken nach Schimmel. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort! P.s.: Die Angestellten husten bei der zubereitung gerne ins Essen, wir sind augestanden und haben das Essen stehen gelassen.

Better avoid this place. It’s cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The staff doesn’t have a clue and is very unhelpful. We had to order our meal after arrival but the restaurant wasn’t even open that night! We were left to our own devices. Apart from that the karaoke was so loud all afternoon and night that enjoying the silence of the site and the scenery was impossible. Last but not least: I would not even stick my toe in the pool.

Great location right next to the river crossing to Cát Tiên national park, the pool overlooks the river allowing for wonderful scenery, food is absolutely delicious with a wide range of authentic Vietnamese food, And the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone!

We went midweek over winter holiday and had the lodge to ourselves. We had a wonderful time here and our visit was made extra memorable thanks to the lovely owner and her staff. The owner went out of her way to make our experience amazing in spite of road closures within the park which limited what we could do. She kindly helped my children build campfires in the evening, shared an amazing waterfall experience with us and treated us all to a relaxing sound bath before bed. We ate vegetarian throughout our stay and the food was great. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Better avoid this place. It’s cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The staff doesn’t have a clue and is very unhelpful. We had to order our meal after arrival but the restaurant wasn’t even open that night! We were left to our own devices. Apart from that the karaoke was so loud all afternoon and night that enjoying the silence of the site and the scenery was impossible. Last but not least: I would not even stick my toe in the pool.

Great location right next to the river crossing to Cát Tiên national park, the pool overlooks the river allowing for wonderful scenery, food is absolutely delicious with a wide range of authentic Vietnamese food, And the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone!

We went midweek over winter holiday and had the lodge to ourselves. We had a wonderful time here and our visit was made extra memorable thanks to the lovely owner and her staff. The owner went out of her way to make our experience amazing in spite of road closures within the park which limited what we could do. She kindly helped my children build campfires in the evening, shared an amazing waterfall experience with us and treated us all to a relaxing sound bath before bed. We ate vegetarian throughout our stay and the food was great. Rooms clean and comfortable.
