The room was impeccably clean, devoid of any unusual odors often found in carpeted hotels. My room on the second floor featured two beds and an adjoining door for family convenience. Although equipped with an extra fan, I didn't find the need to use it. The soft yellow lighting and bedside lamps created a soothing ambiance. The bedding and pillows were fresh and spotless. The bathroom boasted strong water pressure, consistently warm water, and detailed instructions for amenities such as the shower curtain and bathtub drain. It was stocked with essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, and cotton buds, although I did not utilize them, so I can't provide personal feedback on their quality. Complimentary amenities included two bottles of mineral water, 2-3 bananas, and a few tea and coffee sachets for those inclined. Additional items incurred charges, but the pricing was reasonable. The room also provided spare clothing, umbrellas for rainy days, and flip-flops. In terms of staff service, everyone from housekeeping to reception greeted guests professionally and promptly. The receptionist was particularly helpful when I accidentally left my toothbrush and toothpaste behind upon checkout, promptly notifying me and retrieving them with enthusiasm. The breakfast offered a decent view and typical fare like porridge, fried bread, vegetables, salad, potatoes, corn, eggs, canned fish, meatballs, and sticky rice. I particularly enjoyed the savory meatballs and the flavorful corn sticky rice with beans and fried onions, both of which left a lasting impression. The breakfast service was adequate without any notable issues. Outside, the small, colorful flower garden added to the pleasant ambiance. The non-functional fountain likely served to conserve electricity during the low season when fewer guests were present. Overall, Sammy Hotel was satisfactory for both individuals and families alike.

Phòng của tôi nằm ở tầng 2, có 2 giường và 1 cửa thông để sử dụng khi đi cùng gia đình. Phòng được trang bị thêm một chiếc quạt nhưng tôi không cần đến. Có đèn ngủ và hệ thống đèn phòng màu vàng - mang lại cảm giác ấm áp. Chăn ga và gối đệm rất sạch sẽ. Phòng tắm có nước chảy mạnh, luôn có nước nóng sẵn, và hướng dẫn chi tiết về các thiết bị trong phòng tắm như rèm cửa tắm và cống thoát nước, được trang bị sẵn kem đánh răng, bàn chải, bông tẩy tai... những thứ mà tôi không dùng đến nên không thể đánh giá được. Miễn phí có sẵn 2 chai nước khoáng, 2-3 quả chuối, và vài gói trà và cà phê nếu bạn muốn sử dụng. Những tiện nghi khác thì bạn phải trả phí, nhưng giá cả không quá đắt. Phòng cũng có sẵn một số quần áo dự phòng, ô khi trời mưa và dép xỏ ngón. Về dịch vụ, nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp, từ nhân viên dọn phòng cho đến lễ tân đều chào đón khách một cách nhiệt tình, không có điều gì để phàn nàn. Đặc biệt khi tôi trả phòng và quên mang theo bàn chải và kem đánh răng, nhân viên đã tự động báo cho tôi và nhiệt tình lấy lại giúp tôi. Về bữa sáng, không gian và view ổn, có những món ăn giống như ở các nơi khác như cháo, bánh mỳ ốp la, rau xà lách, khoai tây, ngô, trứng, cá hộp, thịt viên, xôi... Tôi thích món thịt viên nấu chín vừa phải - thịt tươi, gia vị và hành tăm để lại mùi thơm, nước dùng ngọt thanh, không quá đậm vị. Món thứ hai là xôi bắp kèm đậu và hành phi!!! Wow (cảm nhận cá nhân). Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng không có gì đặc biệt để chê cả. Phong cảnh bên ngoài với những bông hoa nhỏ nhiều màu cũng khá đẹp. Có một đài phun nước nhưng hiện không hoạt động - có lẽ để tiết kiệm điện vì mùa này ít khách. Tóm lại, mọi thứ đều ổn, phù hợp cho cả các đoàn và cá nhân hoặc gia đình.

Lovely hotel with carpeted floors and decorated in a traditional style. It's situated quite close to a mental hospital, which is a notable attraction in this area. It's frustrating that they attempt to hold onto your passport at the hotel entrance, almost like holding you hostage - something I haven't experienced in other Vietnamese hotels (and I've stayed at least seven different ones in this country). At most, they should only take a photocopy. The breakfast is decent compared to what 4-star hotels in Vietnam and Dalat offer.

Grandiose hotel with comfortable rooms with balconies. Breakfast is good. Hotel is walking distance for the lake and market and 2 blocks away from the Crazy House. But... The shower is a disaster!! You will have to mop the floor after showering and during you will have to be aware of the amount of water that is flowing outside into the bathroom floor. It's a common problem as the wood frame around the door is rotted from repeated overflow. The shower curtain is not waterproof and is too long. Regardless but you try to do, water will flow around the frame of the tub, flooding the bathroom floor. There is a large step that needs to be taken into the tub with no handles or supports to assist the elderly. It's actually a dangerous shower!! I can't understand why this has not been addressed by the management. It's time for an upgrade.
