The hotel's location is excellent, with everything Saigon offers within walking distance! Unfortunately, the room isn't clean, and the bathroom floods during showers. The breakfast is subpar, tailored more to Asian tastes. There's a lack of ham or cheese, and the juices are of poor quality. We didn't choose this hotel ourselves; it was recommended by a travel agency.

Nonetheless, the service staff are remarkably warm and accommodating, making the overall experience well worth its price.

I stayed here for 3 nights on my first trip to Vietnam. "Huh? In a place like this?" I thought. However, upon entering, I was greeted with a smile and received excellent care. I will definitely return here when I visit Vietnam again. Thank you.

The service staff is excellent. Both the reception and porter staff are smiling and very eager to assist. Nearly every employee speaks English. The location is good, the rooms are satisfactory. Highly recommend this place 😍😍

Tôi rất thích kỳ nghỉ của tôi tại khách sạn này. Vị trí rất thuận tiện đi lại mọi nơi ở Sài Gòn. Phòng sạch sẽ và trong tình trạng tốt. Gối rất tốt và thoải mái. Các tiện nghi cơ bản được cung cấp trong phòng. Bể sục trên tầng thượng cũng rất đẹp. Nhiều lựa chọn bữa sáng được phục vụ hàng ngày.

(-) Buffet sáng mình ko ăn nên ko rõ ngon dở, tuy nhiên đi qua nhìn thấy thì chỉ lèo tèo vài món nguội (ko có nv phục vụ ăn, khách tự phục vụ).

We had a great first week in Ho Chi Minh city and the Silverland Min hotel was very nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean, with airco, tv, bath and a comfortable bed. The atmosphere is very laid back. Also the rooftop bar with jacuzzi is amazing. Special shout out to Kinn who works at the rooftop bar for the perfect mojito’s, the good advice and handy tips! Also thanks to Lanh and Kinn for the Vietnamese language lessons! We will definately be back! Cam on nhieu lam!

I stayed 3 nights in Min Suite with my family and had good experience with this hotel. At first i made a mistake by booking 2 nights at wrong date, but the staffs are so kind and helpful to move the booking at the right date (albeit i lost 1 night but that's ok). By staying 3 nights, we got free airport pick up service and high tea (both are one time only). The staffs are nice and helpful, they even could help you send postcards if you don't have time to make it to the Post Office. Location wise, it's really good! It's near the opera and park hyatt is only a few steps. All the attractions are in walking distance. As for the room, it's very spacious and there are 2 beds; 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so it could fit for family. The bathroom is clean and amenities are ok. I wish the toothbrush will be made of wood or bamboo though, as to fit with the woody theme of the hotel and reduce plastic waste. I like the artistic details of this hotel, as the artwork in the room is simple yet connected with all other artworks i saw at the lobby and restaurant. As for the breakfast, i'd say it's pretty nice. The menu changed everyday and some were really delicious. Be sure not to eat late because the food will not be replenished. Also, you can order some dishes. My recommendation is the beef pho and the fried noodle, they are quite good to start the day. Don't even bother ordering the pancakes though, they're total whack. For the minus, i encounter a cockroach in the lift and only made it to the first floor and climb up the rest by the stairs. But i called the receptionist and i did not see that cockroach again for the rest of my stay. If you're using wheelchair, it'll be quite difficult to enter the hotel as there are only stairs to the entrance. I think that's it. I like my whole stay here. I will stay at Silverland Min again if I go to Saigon.

The room is exactly the same as the photos I see on Expedia . It is clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed spring has sunk in a little. But still comfortable. The only thing is to update your room directory. It says 24/7 room service but it’s not. I arrived late due to flight delay. Almost midnight when I checked in. Hungry and couldn’t order food. Thankfully there was Grab Food. Breakfast was bad. Food was cold. Rice in the fried rice was uncooked. Porridge has a burnt taste.

Stayed in this hotel for 4nights. Booked a mini suite and deluxe twins. Have some issue w the room but the staffs help us to solve it. This hotel got 2 building, each level only got 3 room. If you book 2 rooms and wanted on the same level it will be difficult... like our case. At the end, we settle it at the same building. The room was spacious...mini suite facing the road was kind of noisy. The deluxe room has a window that was facing another building (cannot see anything). The bath was a problem, water just splash out cos it was not block at all. The breakfast was so so... order hotcake it came burnt...should not have serve yr customer burnt hotcake. Location was good. Walking distance to cafe apartment. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you lazy to walk can called Grab. Its cheap. 30,000.00 don from hotel to ben then market.

I spent 4 nights at this well-located hotel. My room was both comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was delicious--the buffet as well as the items you could order. What made Silverland Min memorable was the outstanding staff--from those carefully cleaning my room, attending to breakfast needs, and the front desk answering my many questions, helping me map routes, suggesting locations to explore with children,etc.. In particular, Miss Victoria was gracious, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for.

We stayed on Room 702, probably due to wrong construction of bed frame, the mattress is smaller and the bed frame is longer than the mattress. My wife and me constantly knocked on the edges of the bed frame which caused a few bad bruises to our legs. Silverland is a big hotel chains and I am surprised that they don't have to budget to rectify or rebuild the bed frame and rather leave it as it is and causes injuries and discomfort to the guests..otherwise, the staff in Silverland Min were excellent, facilities ok and breakfast so so. Location is good.
