On the first day, the bed was spotless, but the toilet had an unpleasant smell and was dirty. The second day, breakfast was mediocre; the noodles were dry, as if they had been cooked hours earlier, and the coffee was cold.

Our stay was wonderful except for one instance: when the receptionist unexpectedly asked for payment for our last night despite our previous payment upon check-in.

Situated alongside a bustling main road near the beach, the location is convenient but noisy day and night. Our bathroom lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor. The staff were courteous. We decided to shorten our stay and moved to the Pavilion next door, which proved to be a much better choice.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. I stayed for a day and opted for early check-in at a reasonable rate. We managed to get a great deal and were pleasantly surprised by how close it is to My Khe beach (300m). Our room also offered a wonderful view of the Lady Buddha Statue, despite being 10km away. The room was well-equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, minibar, and toiletries. Although there was a minor issue with the air conditioning, the reception promptly fixed it. They accept card payments and allow luggage storage until the evening post-checkout. We also booked day tours to Bana Hills, Hoi An, and local sightseeing, all at better prices than Klook. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. While we didn't have time to explore the gym and pool, they seemed inviting. There's a convenient small store nearby for daily needs, and the nearby Indian restaurant is highly recommended.

Thấy trên agoda để là ks 4 sao, mình đặt phòng deluxe, khi nhận phòng thì thấy phòng cũ, tường bẩn, vách đầu giường bẩn, cửa nhà tắm mốc, chăn và ga trải giường ẩm, cũ, giường lò xo mà lún nằm đau lưng, phòng chật chội, nhưng với giá 500k/đêm thì cũng bình thường, chứ thấy giá trên app toàn để triệu mấy thật k xứng giá tiền. Ks nằm n*** mặt tiền, đi bộ xuống bãi tắm khoảng 100m cũng khá gần. Nhân viên ks có vẻ ít niềm nở, khi đến nơi k có nhân viên phụ xách hành lý, lúc về thì có, k có ăn sáng.

We booked two rooms here for 3 nights, rooms smelled badly of damp, we asked for room changes which were no better, we grabbed our bags and booked something else, lost the price of the first night they refunded the other two. I spent ages researching hotels and it goes to show you cannot trust booking. com reviews, this was rated fabulous and had almost 1800 reviews Look at my pictures, nothing fabulous about it

コスパと海へのアクセスは良いです。近くのATMを教えていただくなど、丁寧な対応をいただきました。部屋は少し古い感じもありますが一泊するのに問題はないと思います。

地點很好，大街往前走幾個店面就是海灘。 隔壁有2家超市，還有兩家特產店，賣場東西超多。 服務一般，也沒啥熱情。 房間不大，設備比較陳舊，椅子是厚沙發椅，椅墊和椅背很多污跡，椅背上的木材一拉就分離，還以爲是自己搞壞了。

Good location and friendly staff

We stayed at the Royal Ocean Hotel for 3 nights, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was a bonus. Location was ideal for us as we hired a bike from the hotel so most attractions we wanted to visit were only a ten minute drive away.

I stayed at Royal Family Hotel, Da Nang for 2 nights this month, with my wife and 2 teenage sons. The hotel is situated very close to Da Nang beach. I'd booked a Family Connecting Room (2 rooms with a connecting door), on the 14th floor and we had a lovely view of the city and the beach from our room. The room by itself was neat and spacious for 4 people. We faced some plumbing issues soon as we checked into the room (water wasn't draining out the bathing area) and that was a disappointing part to start with. But it was attended to once we raised a complaint with the front desk. Moreover, when we reached the hotel from the airport at local time around 10 pm, the reception staff said the bell boy had retired for the day and so we had to wheel our luggage into the lifts and thereafter into our room on our own. The breakfast buffet (complimentary as part of the room cost) was on the 2nd floor, and there was no AC nor any ventilation on this floor. Being vegetarians, we had a tough time breathing and having breakfast given the strong smell of meat on the floor. Moreover, there's hardly anything for vegetarians in the menu, so we managed with fruit juice, bread, fruits and veg noodles. The Da Nang beach is within walking distance and that was definitely a plus as far as the location of the hotel is concerned. The staff were friendly but English clearly isn't an easy language for them to communicate in but we managed somehow. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars to the Royal Family Hotel, Da Nang as the shortcomings I've mentioned above overshadow the lovely location of the hotel.

The hotel itself is located a 2 minute walk from the beautiful stretch of beach, and on the main road leading to Dragon Bridge (25 min walk). The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we managed to work around the language barrier by exchanging numbers and whatsapping any questions we had. The very helpful lady on reception, Ya, booked tours for us, and our onward travel. We had a double room on the 12th floor with a sea view. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The shower was incredible! Air con worked well. We took advantage of the laundry service which took a day to come back washed and ironed, which smelt lovely. We had a breakfast one morning which was okay, noodles, breads, cold meats. The lobby area is very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a surprise! We didn’t have chance to use it but it looked very inviting. Overall a lovely stay, and excellent price taking into account location.
