Although the room is old, it is well-equipped with all necessities and situated in a convenient location for accessing various places at a reasonable price. There is parking available, albeit at an additional cost.

Phòng không mới nhưng được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, vị trí tốt, thuận tiện di chuyển đến một số địa điểm, giá cả hợp lý. Có bãi đậu xe nhưng vẫn phải trả phí để đỗ xe.

Overall satisfactory. However, there were communication challenges at the reception with English. The breakfast, served buffet-style, didn't quite meet my expectations for enjoyment. The location is a bit far from the main area. Nevertheless, the nearby park was excellent for a morning stroll.

Our stay at Saigon Star Hotel from 28/06 to 8/07/24 exceeded all expectations. Despite its star rating, the service we received felt like a six-star experience. The hotel's strategic location near Ho Chi Minh immigration and within walking distance of key tourist attractions made it an ideal choice. Adjacent to the hotel is Công viên Tao Đàn park, where early morning workouts set a vibrant tone for the day. Jane, the exceptional hotel manager, went above and beyond to assist us when my father lost his passport. Her tireless efforts included accompanying us to the local police station as an interpreter to help us secure a police report promptly. Miss Fong at the front desk was also instrumental in assisting us with arranging accommodation and handling the report efficiently. Their kindness, dedication, and top-notch service truly made our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for delivering service that surpasses expectations and warrants more recognition than its current star rating suggests.

老酒店。衛生程度還可以。位置也不錯。只是服務人員很不好。便宜酒店。不要要求太多。

Tourist attractions are very nearby the hotel. Jollibee can also be found downstairs only.

酒店環境可以，周邊餐飲也相對比較方便，周邊有一個比較大的公園，綠化很可以，酒店也有環形露天陽台，因為工作原因，我在這家酒店住了大概4個月，整體還行，攜程也能網上開電子發票。

Khách sạn xuống cấp, bước chân vào khách sạn là xộc mùi hôi và ẩm thấp, thảm sàn, giường và mọi thứ đều rất bẩn, chắp vá. Chất lượng như nhà nghỉ hoạch khách sản thường thôi. Buffer sáng cũng không có mà chỉ gọi đc 1 món và chờ nhà bếp làm. Đc cái vị trí trung tâm thôi, ngoài ra chả đc gì, đêm tối thi tiếng Karaoke vọng lên quá ồn. Agoda cần xem xét lại, chứ như vầy khách hàng sẽ có trải nghiệm rất tệ.
