Located in the heart of Hue, this hotel offers a prime location and excellent service. The rooms are spacious with ample room. The layout with the toilet and shower in the same area of the bathroom was not ideal for me, but overall acceptable.

Khách sạn rất trung tâm tại Huế. Tôi thích vị trí và dịch vụ. Các phòng rộng rãi và có đủ không gian. Tôi không thích việc nhà vệ sinh và vòi sen ở cùng một phòng bên cạnh phòng tắm, nhưng vẫn chấp nhận được.

Spent 2 nights in the middle of our 12 day hectic tour of Vietnam, a very pleasant free day to relax , this hotel is perfectly placed to walk around Hue, we walked to the river over a bridge up the other side and back over the next bridge which took us through the open market,a bit of a culture shock, not a lot of hygiene safety! This is a very good hotel with great staff,very friendly and efficient,excellent self service breakfast with chef cooked delicious omelet ,faultless!

It was a great hotel, good breakfast, nice pool, smiling staff, very good service for one night. It was great to have the opportunity to take a shower after coming off the night train and my family and I got our room right after. I can recommend it.

Lovely hotel in great location. Bedrooms very spacious. Great selection for breakfast. Lovely coffee / lounge area by reception to relax. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately when we stayed the spa was out of order and the indoor pool cold so spent more time out of the hotel exploring the town and river. Lots of coffee and nice restaurants - we went to La Carambole which is a 10 minute walk, very nice and food superb. Ther is also a floating restaurant on the riverbank which is a nice place to sit on the top deck and watch the boats.

Majestic hotel in perfect location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Enormous room (deluxe panorama) with lots of fantastic breakfast options in a relaxing dining room. We didn’t get around to using the pool but it also looks magnificent.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The hotel itself was satisfactory. The hallways and common areas had an old fashioned grandiose feel to them and the room was decorated with faux antique furniture. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable although the floor had some rough spots that could cause some toe stubbing if one wasn’t careful. I was concerned about the bathroom as we were told how slippery it could get and to wear the plastic slippers provided to prevent slipping. That being said, we did what the staff told us to do and everything was fine. The pool was nice enough with beautiful big windows to look out., but the window ledges could use a bit of a scrubbing. The breakfast buffet was, by far, the best I have had in Vietnam to date!! It had something for everyone!

Beautiful French architecture and decor hotel. Like everywhere in Vietnam staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located and spacious rooms. Only down side and very minor, we stayed on the 12th floor and it was noisy till about 9pm and same again from around 7am, it sounded like the pool which was above us, unless it was plumbing. Noises were like water movmet.Also be aware the water in the fridge they will charge for. This wasn't explained to us. There is complimentry water on the table above fridge in plastic bottles and the same in the fridge. One is free one is not, both plastic bottles and both cheap branding

Stunning hotel, decorated to a high level of quality and extremely clean. A lovely indoor pool (but not air conditioned), which is great after a day in the city. The staff were super friendly. The location isn’t too central but easy to walk to quite a few places for food / drinks. There is a coffee shop just over the road, and a good restaurant around 3 minutes up the road if you turn left out of the hotel. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants and the walking / western street (which is absolutely crazy on a night time, but definitely worth a visit). Can walk to the river in around 10 minutes. Bar closes at 10pm and very quiet on an evening, but most hotels in this area are the same.

Nice looking hotel in a good location in Hue. Very helpful staff, spacious rooms, very good breakfast. A bit of a deserted feeling, we were alone in the Hotel bar two nights in a row, could also use some maintenance, but nothing serious. In total a perfectly good place at a competitive price, but nothing spectacular.
