The room was not clean, with a hole in the shower drain. The entire hotel also had a terrible smell, leaving a very unkempt impression. I will never stay here again.

Phòng không sạch sẽ với một lỗ hổng ở rãnh thoát nước của vòi sen. Không khí trong khách sạn cũng rất khó chịu. Điều này để lại ấn tượng rất là bừa bộn. Không bao giờ quay lại.

Tôi chưa bao giờ gặp phải dịch vụ tệ như thế này trong cuộc đời. Nhân viên tại khách sạn này cực kỳ thô lỗ, thiếu chuyên nghiệp và thiếu tôn trọng. Đó có thể là dịch vụ tồi nhất mà tôi từng trải qua. Tôi không mong đợi doanh nghiệp này sẽ còn mở cửa lâu hơn nữa. Một trải nghiệm khủng khiếp!

Never in my life have I encountered such poor service. The staff at this hotel are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacking in respect. This could be the worst service I've ever experienced. I don't anticipate this business will remain open much longer. A truly awful experience!

The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was disappointing. The restaurant was unclean with insufficient seating. The odor was my biggest issue. The hotel didn't smell pleasant, or perhaps it was just me. It was also noisy at night. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay. It's passable for an overnight stay, but not suitable for a longer visit. This is my personal opinion.

Phòng ngủ tạm ổn nhưng bữa sáng không ngon. Nhà hàng bẩn và thiếu bàn ghế ngồi. Mùi thức ăn là vấn đề lớn nhất tôi đã gặp phải. Khách sạn có mùi không tốt, hoặc có lẽ chỉ là cảm giác của riêng tôi. Buổi đêm ồn ào. Tóm lại, tôi không thích chỗ này. Dành cho việc ngủ qua đêm là được, nhưng không phù hợp để lưu trú lâu dài. Đây là ý kiến cá nhân của tôi.

I booked a stay from November 27th to December 1st. On the morning of the 28th, when I checked in, there was only one bottle of water. I was in pain and called the receptionist to bring me some water. Although my room was prepaid, the receptionist demanded extra money. Each day, the room is supposed to have two bottles of water, but from the day I checked in, my room only had one bottle. When I asked for another bottle, they told me to retrieve it from the elevator myself. It seems the hotel only caters to foreign guests and does not accommodate Vietnamese tourists like me.

Tôi đặt phòng từ ngày 27/11 đến 1/12. Sáng 28/11, khi nhận phòng chỉ có 1 chai nước. Tôi bị đau và gọi lễ tân nhờ mang thêm nước lên. Dù phòng tôi đã thanh toán trước, lễ tân yêu cầu phải trả thêm tiền. Mỗi ngày, phòng có 2 chai nước, nhưng từ hôm thuê, phòng tôi chỉ có duy nhất 1 chai. Khi tôi nhờ mang thêm nước lên, lễ tân bảo gởi thang máy, tôi tự ra lấy. Khách sạn chỉ tiếp khách nước ngoài, không tiếp người Việt đi du lịch như tôi.

The bathroom overall appeared tidy. The room size seemed smaller than advertised. Drawbacks included poor soundproofing; footsteps from upstairs and cleaning staff were audible through the walls. The cost was reasonable at $25.

Tổng thể, phòng tắm sạch sẽ. Diện tích phòng khá nhỏ so với thông báo. Nhược điểm: âm thanh phòng và tường rất kém, có thể nghe thấy tiếng bước chân của người ở trên và nhân viên dọn phòng sau cánh cửa. Giá cả hợp lý: 25$

NGUY CƠ BẠO LỰC: CẢNH BÁO LỪA ĐẢO Tôi đã đặt phòng trực tuyến trong 3 đêm, nhưng bị từ chối phòng ngay cả sau khi cho họ xem đơn đặt phòng của tôi. Do đó, sau một chuyến bay kéo dài 30 giờ, tôi vẫn phải chấp nhận thuê phòng với giá gấp đôi so với giá đặt ban đầu chỉ trong một đêm. Chủ khách sạn sau đó thông báo với công ty đặt phòng của tôi rằng tôi đã ở đủ 3 đêm. Hơn nữa, cũng cần lưu ý là không có dịch vụ spa và không có bữa sáng.

CAUTION TO TRAVELERS: SCAM ALERT I made an online booking for 3 nights but was refused a room despite presenting my reservation. Consequently, after a grueling 30-hour flight, I reluctantly accepted a room at nearly double the original rate for just one night. Subsequently, the hotel owner falsely reported to my booking agency that I stayed the full 3 nights. Furthermore, please note there were no spa services or breakfast available.

Very kind staff, clean big room and breakfast was changing every days and very good. Would definitely come back if I was in Hanoi again. We would receive water bottles everyday, cleaning was done everyday and the staff was willing to help with everything.

잠깐 쉬려고 욕조있는 방을 잡았는데 역시 욕조가 있어야 피로가 좀 풀리네요. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 공항버스 정류장까지 가까워서 좋아요.

十分な広さで、窓もあり、明るい部屋で、騒音や虫もなく、お手頃なお値段ですが特にトラブルもなく過ごせて良かったです！ シャワーの水圧やドライヤーの風圧も強くて良かったです！ ただ所々掃除が行き届いていなく、エアコンはティッシュペーパーで蓋を開けていて(運転はできました)、間接照明は壊れており、アメニティケースもずっと放置されているようで、枕カバーも1つ洗濯されていないように感じました…。 また防音もされていないため他の宿泊者の行動音や赤ちゃんの夜泣きが気になりました。 しかし基本的な設備は良い物が揃っていて不便は感じなかったため、滞在費をこの価格帯で抑えたい旅行者であれば十分おすすめできるホテルでした！

Very old with the wall unit type of a/c that doesn’t adequately cool a room. Hard bed. A bit musty. No soundproofing. Unattractive design and just feels dated. I really miss our previous hotel in Hanoi, granted a much more luxurious experience and star rating. Not sure why our tour’s company chooses this place.

3 star hotel, standard room at first, then moved to a deluxe room as the bed was very unconfortable and the TV didn't work in the stanard room, so was moved to a deluxe room. Stayed there with the tour group. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was OK, just needed a good clean and a soap dish, yes I know, but there is no where to put the soap once used but on the vanity. Location not so great, wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was included, small selection and not good. Staff were OK but always smoking out the front of the hotel. Not a good look nor a great smell to walk in to. The hotel has had a facelift in the areas needed, rooms, bathrooms, dinning area and foyer looks nice. Shame its in such a poor location and the food was very ordinary.
