What works in their favor are the surroundings. This hotel is located at the union of two rivers which makes for a unique view. Will recommend this.

The staff were exceptional especially Than Uyen Phuong. We were always greeted with a smile coming & going from the hotel. All our requests were met quickly & they were even accomodating when my son was ill for a day. There was a lot of choice with Breakfast, the rooms were cleaned everyday & all staff were very accomodating. The pool was also fantastic after a long day sightseeing. Would recommend & would stay again.

We stayed at Royal Riverside Hoi An hotel only 1night after from Ha Noi. We love the room here big bed with nice bathtub and clean room. Nice staff Than,Uyen, Phuong were friendly and helpful. Nice location 7 mintues to the ancient town. We will be back

A clean smallish hotel, walking distance of Hoi An town centre. Friendly & helpful staff (surprise cake on my birthday) good English. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room, all you need. Courtyard pool very welcome for cooling off. Wi-Fi variable but ok.

My husband and I spent ten days at the end of July at the Royal Riverside Hotel in Hoi An. We were extremely impressed by the kindness of the staff. My husband is quite severely disabled (though not confined to a wheelchair), and we especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel porter, who carried my husband’s walking frame each day across the road outside the hotel and made sure that we reached the other side in safety. The hotel is very peaceful but also very convenient, situated as it is 15 minutes’ walk from the old town. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a fine view across the Thu Bon river and an enormous bath, and the prices were modest. I enjoyed cooling off in the shaded swimming pool in the afternoons after sightseeing. We warmly recommend this hotel, and look forward to our next visit.

Clean room with very friendly staff. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the old town. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge. Laundry service available. Breakfast offers little choice, the fruit juices are not very good. Overall we had a good time and would recommend it.

I can't rate this hotel and it's staff highly enough. Big shout out to Chau, Viet and Suong specifically! Always on hand to give information and welcome us back each day with a warm smile and genuine interest in what we got up to. Breakfast was amazing and on the room service menu the club sandwich gets a big thumbs up. Location wise it is perfect - facing the river and a 10 minute walk from the spectacular old town. The hotel's facilities are fantastic - excellent pool area and super clean - the rooms are spacious, immaculate and you are guaranteed a good night's sleep in the comfy beds. Enjoy!

The service and the facilities were beautiful. The pool is the feature of this hotel, its so relaxing and beautiful especially because it's half covered from the sun. We were always greeted with lovely smiles especially from Than, she was lovely and very helpful.

Just a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is outstanding thanks to our great chef TUYET. Pool is great and hotel is surrounded by small shops and spas. The location was perfect, nestled among the locals and close to the city. It had a wonderful swimming pool, very friendly staff, and excellent bikes available to borrow. Additionally, there was a great cook who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, making the stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

The staff here were the most friendly, helpful and kind hotel staff that we encountered on our whole trip. They learned our names and greeted us every time we walked past reception. It was such a lovely feeling to be recognised :) They organised lots of trips for us, laundry, taxis, theatre trips, everythjng!

My familiy and I stayed for 2 days at the Royal Riverside Hotel in Hoi An. It is located close to the old town (5-10 min walk) at the river Thu Bon. The hotel and the rooms are very clean (which is not always the case in Vietnam), the breakfast well made and fresh (Ioved the fresh pineapples and the original Pho) and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. I just can name Chau and Uyen from the reception, but it holds for the other people in the hotel as well (e.g. the nice guy at the entrance, the cook or the cleaning staff) We appreciated very much the possibility to get bikes for free. The Royal Riverside is a great hotel for a perfect vacation!

Nice and confortable rooms! Umbrellas available for each room...great detail for Vietnam. Than and Phuong were great host at frontdesk. Hotel is walkable distance from old town away from noise and close to walk. Highly recommendm breakfast is good.

We had an issue with the AC in our room, but were immediately upgraded and given an additional standing fan for good measure.
