The attitude of the restaurant staff is extremely poor, and although the hotel’s facilities are decent, the staff’s behavior negatively impacted my vacation. With few guests around, we were only allowed to order one dish for breakfast. The quality of the food was disappointing, even worse than that of a small roadside eatery. I would not recommend staying here. My experience in Quang Ngai was very unsatisfactory, and I have no plans to return to this hotel in the future. The overall service did not meet expectations, and the lack of attentiveness made the stay feel unwelcoming. It’s a shame, as the location has potential, but the service needs significant improvement.

One of the finest hotels with outstanding service I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The swimming pool is pristine and beautiful, and the food is both delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone should take the opportunity to experience the excellent service and stunning scenery of the resort at least once.

Had a really bad experience here. When I tried to book an extra bed, there was no staff available to arrange it because the room was booked late, so there was no key. Housekeeping did everything okay except for jamming the outdoor sofa cushion into the bathroom :)))) The on-duty staff were quite clumsy. I called to ask if the kitchen staff could help me open the door to put baby porridge in, but they informed me there was no kitchen staff available, hence no key. In an emergency situation where there's no spare key, what kind of service is this? Everything felt dull from the user interface to the overall setup.

Paying £50 a night, I felt it wasn't worth the money. Breakfast had limited choices and didn't match what was advertised. They billed me twice for the room due to issues, and I was surprised that no one apologized in any way. The beddings were dirty, and the floor was also filthy.

Restaurant staff should reconsider their service attitude. Understaffing leads to numerous shortcomings. The breakfast buffet is disappointing and sparse. Won't return. Those planning to visit should brace themselves :)

The tranquil garden views from our bedroom provided a peaceful atmosphere conducive to a restful sleep. The beds were outfitted with high-quality cotton linens, ensuring comfort and a good night's sleep. The furniture throughout the villa was cozy, allowing me to unwind with a good book. The high-speed Wifi was reliable, and we also had a private terrace with a charming loveseat swing, although we didn't get a chance to use it. One of the villa's highlights was the expansive bathroom, exquisitely designed with marble and tile. The vanity featured beautiful his-and-hers sinks with ample countertop space. However, the pièce de résistance was the outdoor bathtub—a stunning pedestal tub nestled in a private zen garden. The one star ratings are accurate- avoid at all cost - staff are ineffective either ignoring your requests (no pool towels, no pool beds), don’t pick up the reception phone or talk about you (ie foreigners under their breath) - its not clean and not worth the stay whatever money you pay - breakfast non existent, similar to staying at a roadside motel - shame given location and potential of the facilities- also no bar or any description not that you would want to sit pool side amongst the exposed wires and dirty disused bar

Everything about this place is terrible. Hotel tried to overcharged us stating that first there was no reservation and after this was mysteriously found, that we didn’t pay for our stay in full. After contacting the booking agency and they tried to contact the property, the hotel hung up on them. When my boyfriend’s sister asked for milk for her baby, they refused giving some reason that milk cow is not good for babies and told her to go to a convenience store laughing at her when she walked back to her room. The rooms are falling apart. Mold, bursted pipe on one of the sinks. Went to wash hands and leaked all over the floor. No cable on the tv, dirty floors and towels, stained chairs, used flip flops, the completely flip flops were used before…. We were also refused to speak with a manager, if there is one and I am pretty sure they pretend that they know how to speak English. The sum everything, this place is a disaster, they take advantage of the fact that there is no other staying options around and try to rip you off.

Our villa is a true "suite" (living room separate from the beds) and was nicely appointed, and very clean. We had peaceful garden views from the bed, and slept well, feeling refreshed after a deep sleep! The beds are standard hotel, with 100% high quality cotton linens. The furniture is comfortable so I could relax and read. The high-speed Wifi was great; stable! There's even a private terrace with a swinging loveseat (didn't try it though). One of the highlights of the villa is the bathroom; spacious, luxurious and beautifully designed; decorated with marble & tile. The vanity has beautiful his & hers sinks, with plenty of space. The bathroom's "piece-de-la-resistance" is the outdoor bath!!!! A beautiful pedestal tub, set in your very own private zen-garden. What great way to bathe and enjoy yourselves!! Spent hours in the tub just relaxing!! The pools were very nice, and fun. Great to catch some rays and swim, with a few cold beers to 'ease the pain'!! The hotel grounds are beautiful with lotus ponds and gardens (The gardening staff has a lot of responsibility!!). Enjoyed strolling around, taking in the resort creations. In all, we had great service, great comfort, and a fantastic experience here. If you're looking for a quiet, luxurious, getaway, CocoLand is for you!!! Cheers!!
