I'm currently staying at Champa hotel on the 5th day of the Lunar New Year 2019. Here's my feedback: the room floor is dirty and not properly cleaned. The slippers provided in the room are uncomfortable, causing pain in my feet. I believe they were intended for foot massage, but they're faulty and uncomfortable to walk in. The water heater doesn't function well, the TV doesn't work, the closet smells bad, the air conditioner is ineffective, the fan is dirty, the bed is damp, and the walls have peeling paint in many places. I can empathize with these issues, but what disappoints me the most is the abundance of mosquitoes in the room, including large ones, and the unprofessional attitude of the elderly receptionist. Perhaps I chose the wrong time to visit.

Tôi lưu trú tại khách sạn Champa vào ngày thứ 5 của Tết Nguyên Đán năm 2019. Tôi có nhận xét như sau, sàn phòng bẩn và không được lau sạch. Đôi dép trong phòng làm đau chân. Tôi nghĩ rằng đôi dép được thiết kế để mát-xa chân nhưng chúng bị lỗi, là hàng giả, đi đau chân. Bình nước nóng không hoạt động tốt, TV trong phòng không sử dụng được, tủ quần áo có mùi hôi, máy điều hòa không hoạt động tốt, quạt bẩn và đầy bụi, giường ẩm ướt, tường trong phòng bong tróc ở nhiều nơi. Tôi có thể hiểu những điều này, nhưng điều khiến tôi không hài lòng nhất là phòng có nhiều muỗi, thậm chí là muỗi to, và thái độ không chuyên nghiệp của bà tiếp tân lớn tuổi. Có lẽ tôi đã chọn thời điểm không đúng để đến.

Old room with damp, peeling walls. There is only one light bulb in the entire room, making it very dark. The bathroom light doesn't work; when I called the staff, she laughed and said the light bulb might be broken, but it can still be turned on normally!!! No changes, no comments, just go downstairs afterwards. The TV is ancient, the air conditioner is very weak, had to use an additional fan for cooling as there is no refrigerator; if there was one, it didn't work. I don't understand why they confidently priced it at 600k. The quality is not on par with a budget motel.

Toàn bộ phòng chỉ có một bóng đèn duy nhất, rất tối, đèn phòng tắm bị hỏng, khi tôi gọi nhân viên lên, cô ấy cười và nói đèn có lẽ bị hỏng nhưng vẫn có thể bật bình thường!!! Không thay đổi, không bình luận, rồi đi xuống. Ti vi cổ, máy điều hòa rất yếu, phải bật thêm quạt mới để làm mát, không có tủ lạnh, nếu có thì cũng không hoạt động. Tôi không hiểu tại sao tôi vẫn tự tin để đặt giá 600k. Chất lượng không bằng một nhà nghỉ giá rẻ.

High humidity, water seepage in the bathroom and hallway floor. Cleanliness is subpar. Bedding is very poor. Live cockroaches were found. Soundproofing is inadequate (due to a busy road with honking trucks...) The bathroom is old and dirty (with hairs on the walls...) This is our worst hotel experience in Vietnam, and it's not the cheapest. Expect to pay 350,000 VND at the counter, 450,000 VND on Booking.
