Hoi An Trails Resort & Spa is a wonderful resort, and I hardly have anything to complain about. The customer care is attentive, with staff enthusiastically assisting with luggage or calling a car for me, and the shuttle service is punctual. The breakfast is delicious. As for the rooms, I found the space airy, clean, and all basic equipment worked well. Additionally, the swimming pool is spacious with clear water, making us feel comfortable and satisfied with the service.

Về phòng ốc, tôi thấy không gian rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và các thiết bị cơ bản đều hoạt động tốt. Ngoài ra, hồ bơi cũng rất rộng và nước trong xanh, khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và hài lòng với dịch vụ.

The hotel offers an affordable price despite having a pool. However, the room's condition leaves much to be desired due to its old buildings and dated facilities. The cleanliness is subpar; the floor appears rarely cleaned. I accidentally spilled something and wiped it with a wet tissue, only to find the tissue turned black.

Overall, it was good. What did you think when you first stepped into the entrance? The interior facilities are nice and clean, just like the photos. The guidance was friendly. The breakfast was decent, haha. Good.

The Signature Trails room is charming and spacious, divided into an outdoor area, bedroom, bathroom, and a small back porch with a tiny garden. It offers a tranquil atmosphere, free from hustle and bustle. However, the quietness at night made it difficult for me to sleep, as I occasionally heard the sound of falling fruits or branches. The constant hum of the air conditioner also contributed to my insomnia. The back porch features a delightful open-air bathtub, but I refrained from using it due to my fear of the cold, especially after a recent storm on September 2, 2019. The surrounding landscape is lush with trees, which unfortunately means there are mosquitoes inside the room, and even a lively frog hopping around outside 😂😂 The room's door opens directly to the swimming pool, a convenient view. One major advantage is that the pool always has warm water, a luxurious touch despite being outdoors. Guests are encouraged to make the most of this amenity. I only ventured into the shallow 1.4m section of the pool, hesitating to explore deeper areas like m6 or m8. The room's design is beautifully vintage, meticulously adorned with both 2 and 3-pin electrical outlets, and even includes a USB port. Unfortunately, the complimentary fruit in the fridge was uninspiring and not particularly tasty. However, all beverages in the fridge are complimentary, which is a nice touch. I enjoyed a bottle of beer without any additional charges. One minor complaint is the presence of two mirrors in the bathroom, which seems excessive and could be arranged differently. The bathroom door, a wooden one with a latch, is quirky but doesn't effectively block smells or noise, which can be inconvenient and awkward. Taxi fares in Hoi An and Da Nang are notably higher than in Hanoi. Traveling frequently from the resort to the Old Town or Cua Dai Beach can add up, so it's advisable to travel in groups or rent a motorbike for flexibility. Unfortunately, the resort doesn't offer a complimentary shuttle service around Hoi An, which I initially assumed they might. On the bright side, the round-trip shuttle service from the resort to Da Nang is reliable, punctual, and the drivers are careful—I didn't experience any motion sickness. Breakfast options, while not extensive, were satisfactory. Waking up early to enjoy coffee in the outdoor garden and engage in light conversations was quite enjoyable.

Tuy nhiên, yên tĩnh quá nên vào ban đêm tôi có chút khó ngủ vì thỉnh thoảng lại nghe tiếng quả rơi hoặc cành lá. Tôi nghe rõ tiếng máy điều hòa tổng kêu rù rù nên cũng hơi mất ngủ. Hiên sau có bồn tắm ngoài trời rất đẹp nhưng tôi sợ lạnh nên không tắm, vì vào ngày 2/9/2019 vừa qua có mưa bão. Không gian xung quanh cũng thiết kế nhiều cây xanh nên trong phòng vẫn có muỗi và thậm chí có một con ếch bơi lội tưng tưng ở ngoài kia 😂😂 cửa phòng nhìn thẳng ra hồ bơi. Điểm cộng là hồ bơi luôn có nước ấm, rất tuyệt dù là hồ bơi ngoài trời nhưng lại có nước ấm, hãy tận hưởng. Tôi chỉ bơi quanh khu vực 1m4, không dám ra khu vực m6 hay m8 gì đó. Thiết kế trong phòng đẹp, cổ điển, tỉ mỉ và chu đáo với cả ổ cắm điện 2 chân và 3 chân, cũng như cổng USB. Trái cây tặng trong tủ lạnh cũng không phong phú và không ngon lắm. Tất cả nước uống trong tủ lạnh đều miễn phí, mọi người nên tận dụng. Tôi uống mỗi chai bia mà không thấy tính phí. Điểm tôi không thích ở đây là tại sao lại có tới 2 cái gương trong phòng tắm. Thật là thừa thãi, có thể bài trí khác một chút. Và cửa nhà vệ sinh là cửa gỗ có khoá then, khá thú vị nhưng không có tác dụng ngăn mùi hay tiếng ồn, hơi bất tiện và ngại ngùng. Giá taxi ở Hội An và Đà Nẵng đều đắt hơn Hà Nội. Di chuyển nhiều lượt từ resort ra phố cổ hoặc ra biển Cửa Đại khá tốn kém. Chúng tôi khuyên bạn đi nhóm lớn hoặc thuê xe máy để tự chủ động. Resort không có xe đưa đón miễn phí quanh Hội An, tôi cứ nghĩ là sẽ có. Thay vào đó, xe đưa đón hai chiều từ resort về Đà Nẵng cũng rất tốt và đúng giờ. Lái xe rất cẩn thận, tôi không bị say xe. Bữa sáng không đa dạng nhưng cũng được. Dậy sớm ngồi ngoài vườn, uống một ly cà phê và nói chuyện nhỏ nhẹ cũng rất vui.

Had two wonderful massage session, different style for each time. Both session was done by the same masseuse (Her name is Yen). She is skillful and really focus on the parts where I have specifically ask to focus on. Will definitely revisit for more massage.

Nice room, convenient facilities, friendly and supportive staff. Most important is cleanliness. Massage service and pool services also nice. Staff at pool Mr Cường did not only care for our safety but also advised some places to go, activities to do and taking pictures for us. A comfortable and welcoming environment

Our experience in Hoi An was terrific. We stayed at Anmira Resort for three nights. The location is fantastic as it is situated between Old Hoi An and An Bang Beach, allowing us to easily enjoy both places with the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. The highlight was the lush green paddy fields surrounding the hotel. The area has numerous excellent restaurants and cafes, offering a fantastic opportunity for a leisurely bike ride in the tropical sunshine. The hotel itself has everything we need. The staff's welcoming attitude was very professional, especially the front office team, who ensured our happiness and comfort. The breakfast was excellent, and the pho at the hotel was the best we had in Vietnam. The pool was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the shade and fragrance of the Hoasu tree. We have no complaints, and the hotel made us fall in love with Hoi An and Vietnam. We are definitely planning to come back again!

Great stay at Anmira Resort. Phương, Vy & Từng from F&B provides great service in particular Phương as she share with us Vietnamese culture and go to places. Serin from GS has been excellent during my arrival and throughout my stay at the resort. She's helpful, exudes warm welcome and smile all the time (missing in the service industry all too often). A rare gem.

The hotel is beautiful and super comfortable, the pool is with salt water and the garden all around is peaceful. The restaurant is really good, plates are tasty and beautiful. The staff is super kind. Rooms have all comfort, are really deep clean and new.

I've just had a fantastic dining experience at Anmira resort, and a big part of it was thanks to the waiter Nguyen Duc Tung. I was casually riding bicycle around the field and decided to visit Anmira for a light drink. From the moment I sat down, Tung was super attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. He was genuinely interested in my feedback about the salad and handled my comments beautifully. The chef who made my salad personally gave me some fresh fruits as a thank you note for the feedback (I had a small issue with the salad and Tung took care of it right away with a smile and a great attitude) He and the team made me feel like my opinions really mattered. Tung also knew the menu inside and out, his recommendations were spot on. His warm and friendly demeanor added a lot to the overall experience, making my meal even more enjoyable. I believe he will be an amazing team leader for any hotel/resort he works in. If you’re heading to Hoi An, you should absolutely try Anmira resort, then definitely ask for Nguyen Duc Tung. His excellent service and friendly approach will make your visit unforgettable. I'll definitely be back for a breakfast or an afternoon tea session with my friends, thanks to him! I stayed there for five days during my business trip combine with leisure. Everything was great; I like room here as its spaciousness, panoramic garden view and balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, with easy access to attractions. I rode a bike to the rice fields, which are just 500 meters away. The atmosphere was fresh and pleasant. Anmira Resort is a peaceful where I can feel like home 🥰

Neat new resort. All staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a nice scent everywhere in the hotel. The swimming pool is clean, and clean and well-maintained streets welcome you wherever you walk in the resort. Although the breakfast buffet has a small number of items, it is prepared with a variety of items and high-quality, such as rice noodles, bakeries, fruits, yogurt, granola, and cereal. The staff here, DANG THI PHUONG, was especially friendly, and the Vietnamese-style condensed milk coffee she made was fantastic. It's a hidden gem that you wouldn't have found if you had searched in order of the number of reviews.

This resort is beautiful. All staff are friendly and go all out to make our trip better. F&B crew was exceptional. Phuong, the supervisor is not only quick to recommend but also full of information. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, with easy access to attractions. I rode a bike to the rice fields, which are just 500 meters away. The atmosphere was fresh and pleasant. Anmira Resort is a peaceful where I can feel like home 🥰

Neat new resort. All staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a nice scent everywhere in the hotel. The swimming pool is clean, and clean and well-maintained streets welcome you wherever you walk in the resort. Although the breakfast buffet has a small number of items, it is prepared with a variety of items and high-quality, such as rice noodles, bakeries, fruits, yogurt, granola, and cereal. The staff here, DANG THI PHUONG, was especially friendly, and the Vietnamese-style condensed milk coffee she made was fantastic. It's a hidden gem that you wouldn't have found if you had searched in order of the number of reviews.

This resort is beautiful. All staff are friendly and go all out to make our trip better. F&B crew was exceptional. Phuong, the supervisor is not only quick to recommend but also full of information. The Front Office staff ever willing to accommodate and help. First class treatment. Thank you all @ Anmira for the memorable holiday.
