Bữa sáng tại khách sạn chưa đạt tiêu chuẩn của một khách sạn 3 sao, nhưng phòng mới sửa lại rất sạch sẽ và tiện nghi, hệ thống điện nước và điều hòa hoạt động rất tốt. Đặc biệt, nhân viên ở đây rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình. Bãi đỗ xe hơi khá nhỏ, chỉ chứa được khoảng 4 chiếc xe và việc quay đầu cũng khá khó khăn. Compelled to lodge in this hotel due to our prearranged tour, I regretted not researching it beforehand to request an alternative. The hotel appeared worn-out, offering inadequate water heating (which made showering challenging), and the staff provided lackluster service. While I understand their limited English proficiency, they could have made more effort to assist us, which unfortunately they did not. The quality of food was mediocre, worsened by unhelpful dining staff.

Phải ở lại khách sạn này vì chúng tôi đang tham gia một tour được đóng gói sẵn. Tôi ước mình đã tìm hiểu về khách sạn trước để có thể yêu cầu đại lý chỉ định cho chúng tôi một khách sạn khác. Không chỉ là khách sạn cũ kỹ, với hệ thống sưởi nước kém (rất khó để tắm), mà nhân viên cũng cung cấp dịch vụ không đạt yêu cầu. Tôi hiểu rằng họ thiếu kỹ năng tiếng Anh nhưng ít nhất họ có thể cố gắng hỗ trợ chúng tôi, điều đó họ không làm. Đồ ăn cũng tàm tạm và nhân viên phục vụ làm nó trở nên tồi tệ hơn.

Service was good, but unfortunately the view wasn't as beautiful as expected!

There were 8 of us in the group. All of us were given a room on the 6th floor that has no elevator. I explained nicely to the hotel receptionist (on duty on 31 Aug 24, 4pm, her name started with T) that I injured my leg and would like to have a room on elevator floor. She said NO and refuse to change it at all without explanation. She just asked me to try. Given no choice, I dragged my injured leg up the stairs to the 6th floor after the elevator stopped on the 5th floor. The room was average but clean, the view from the balcony was laundry from the adjacent building. I didn’t really mind the view since I can close the curtains to shut the horrible sight off. Importantly, I figured out that I can’t be climbing the stairs again to prevent aggravating my injury. I went down to the reception to request for a change of room. The same receptionist argued rudely back that I didn’t reject the room earlier. I was shocked! Then reluctantly she gave me the key to a room on the elevator floor and asked me to move the luggages myself! I am sharing this to alert travellers considering this hotel to be aware that the elevator doesn’t serve every floor and Deluxe with Balcony may not have a view you like. Finally, I would not conclude that one poor customer focus receptionist reflects the whole hotel management style, just to be fair. I just counted myself unlucky to have met that receptionist.

Điểm trừ: Mình đặt 4P 2 giường đơn khu A, đến ngày đi thì my tour báo do nhầm lẫn nên ks không xếp đủ phòng cho mình, sẽ chuyển cho 1P khu A và 2P khu B rộng hơn. Đến nơi mới biết khu B là khu nhà cũ, diện tích không rộng hơn khu A, đã vậy không có thang máy, leo tận 5 tầng không muốn đi lần 2 nữa. Điểm cộng: nhân viên nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn ngon, giá hợp lý.

Khách sạn tốt, ở khu trung tâm, gần tất các nơi vui chơi, ăn uống. phòng chất lượng ổn so với mặt bằng giá sapa

Khách sạn năm ngay trung tâm đi lại đến các điểm du lịch rất thuận tiện, nhân viên dễ thương nhiệt tình. Phòng có view núi rất đẹp tha hồ cho mọi người chụp ảnh sống ảo, ... Nếu có dịp vẫn sẽ tiếp tục ghé khách sạn này

Lễ tân thân thiệt nhiệt tình. Phòng nhỏ nhắn ấm áp, khá sạch. Bữa sáng phù hợp với giá tiền. Giường có sưởi, nhưng bình nước nóng khá nhỏ nên tắm vào mùa đông khá thốn. :))

The room was very spacious. The view is absolutely beautiful from the balcony.

Confortable bed.

Chapa Dew is an old charm refurbished in the centre of town. It has very big rooms with seating balconies that most other new hotels in Sapa don't have. Its balconies offer a scenic view of Fansipan Mountain in today's hotel-crowded Sapa. I like its very comfortable bed and new towels. Hot water and aircon are good, wifi is strong, breakfast is buffet unless at low occupancy where ala carte is served. Lift serves all 5 floors. Johnny is knowledgeable and communicates very well while Bac is very attentive to our needs. Early check-in and late check-out are always offered whenever the room is not occupied. Shops and restaurants are just at its door step for a very relaxing stay. This is my 4th stay at this hotel.
