Unprofessional service attitude. A child accidentally spilled some ink on the bedsheet and the hotel charged 600k for it.

The hotel's spacious meeting room, beautiful pool, and friendly staff provided attentive service. We were particularly impressed by Nga and Tu for their enthusiastic and prompt assistance to the group.

The location is close to the road and the pier for Cu Lao Cham. The route is quite convenient and easy to navigate.

It’s lovely because it’s peaceful and isolated. You can use the Hoi An shuttle bus.

The place is deteriorating, and the breakfast is extremely poor.

My family stayed in Hoi An for 2 nights, and we chose Muong Thanh Holiday Hoi An. It was wonderful to stay there: the staff were friendly and professional, supporting our family with everything from dining to entertainment. The hotel is quiet, located away from the bustling old town and close to the beach, with fresh air. We will return next summer. Thank you, Hiep and Sinh.

i have a expenrience about 3 day in Muong Thanh holiday hotel.when i come to inside hotel , reception department and staff really friendly and enthusiasm and i met 2 speacial person Ms.Luong and Ms.hong so happy w tourrist and friendly, and at restaurant in Muong Thanh food so tasty and beatifull

I stayed at Muong Thanh Hoi an hotel with my family. The scene is very peaceful with a view of the rivers. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and lovely like Van. Luggage staff Sinh was very agile and resourceful, helping me bring my luggage to my room. When checking out, Tri helped me carry my luggage to the car. The breakfast food is delicious and appetizing. The room decor is very cute with funny animals

Muong Thanh Hoi An Hotel is a beautiful hotel with a reasonable location to travel near the old town near the sea. The hotel has many services, facilities in the modern room with river view, the sea, the room is wide and clean, the staff are dedicated to happy to support, Vuong ,Nhut staff, even though it's late but still happy to support to talk to us, I'm very impressed about it 😍😘😍😘

Muong Thanh Hotel has an amazing view which is so close to the beach. my booked room is spacious and clean. the services are great. i was so satisfied with a staff whose name is P.T. Bích Nga, she is so friendly and helpful and send a big thanks for her help. Anyway, I recommend if you travel to Hoi An, Muong Thanh Hotel is the best choice.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and elegant and good location. Staff is friendly. But the biggest highlight was Thao, Tuyen, Hiep at the front desk: they were super helpful with all our "little questions". Thanks!

I stayed at Muong Thanh Hoi An and was really satisfied with it. The lobby space is very large and airy. Very beautifully decorated. The room is very beautiful because of the decor. Receptionist Hiep is very cheerful and enthusiastic. Bellman Sinh is very cute and always helps me. Breakfast is very suitable for my taste. Will visit here many times

We were looking for a nicely priced family hotel close proximity to Hoi An. This ticked all the boxes well priced with a great pool and gym area. Rooms are a good size 2 adults 2 kids no problem in the one bed, with excellent shower and bath. Air-conditioning is top class and very welcome after touring the sights. Staff are all fantastic, very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable but special mention to Luong, Nhi and Lien for their extra effort. After the breakfast you won't need to eat for a while, great variety and never ending amount for the kids as well as us.
