Nếu xét về tổng quan thì chất lượng dịch vụ của Khách Sạn A25 - Hàng Thiếc khá tốt. Địa điểm tọa lạc đi lại tham quan thuận tiện. Có điều cách giao tiếp của nhân viên chưa ổn lắm. Có thể do tôi lớn tuổi nên thấy vậy.

Mỗi lần đi Hà Nội tôi cũng chọn khách sạn này, vị trí tốt và giá rẻ. Chỉ có 25 usd cho 1 đêm. Khách sạn không phục vụ đồ ăn nhưng nếu vào ban đêm, bạn có thể yêu cầu họ giúp bạn mua. Nhưng tôi nghĩ khách sạn này phù hợp với du khách Việt Nam ở nước ngoài nhiều hơn.

Tuy tôi chỉ lưu trú lại Khách Sạn A25 - Hàng Thiếc trong thời gian ngắn, nhưng xét về tổng quan thì tất cả đều tốt. Dịch vụ phòng nghỉ phù hợp với nhu cầu nghỉ ngơi. Thái độ lễ tân lịch sự và nhiệt tình.

The position of this hotel is ok, near many restaurants, can walk to Hoan Kiem lake or you should try Pho at Hang Hom str. However the hotel is very noisy. You can hear water is flowing from other room, make your head crazy. The most uncomfortable thing is When I book the vip/ deluxe room with king bed via agoda with the price is 600,000 vnd then I call the receptionist to ask if they receive agoda's email or not but she told me that the room is twins with two beds they will put together. I dont agree then she said IM VERY LUCKY because they still have one king bed room which i can stay. I feel so funny why im lucky when i book the better room with the more expensive price. The next morning when checking out i read the brochure on the table i realize that the room i stayed is still not what i booked based on the price and the type of the room. Ha ha. I had a sleepless at A25 and I will never come back.

If you want to stay at this hotel for more than 3 days,(although its in a very vibrant and interesting area)don't they will ask you to pay your bill every 2 days.Its not that cheap either. there is no food facilities here the beds are hard. During the recent Typhoon our VIP room got flooded and for days after we walked through the reception area on slippy tiles I nearly slip many times. There is not much more to comment about maybe use this address to get to an interesting area then look for another hotel there are many to choose from at all price rangers.

Reception blamelessness first on me, booked for 2 nights and decided to stay, called down to inform reception "yes yes ok" then the next day another reception person work day asked me to move, I refused and then they had to deal with it. Back room has no windows because it's old French quarter so don't expect view, front room had direct view of the opposite house and also I front of 200 electrical and telecommunication wires which was not as organized as you might wish. Definitely get up early as weekdays people has to work and makes rachet and clank seems like piano concerto 300% volume. Will not stay here again, towels were rough and bathroom seems old. Security guards were courteous and nice to open doors all the time day or night. The distance to all attractions is worth all of the above, Uber everywhere is key for an affordable travel
