Our experience at Dankbaar was incredibly satisfying. We traveled with a group of friends for a 3-day, 2-night stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with all necessities. The resort's grounds provided a picturesque backdrop, perfect for capturing stunning photos. For families seeking a relaxing getaway, Dankbaar is a highly suitable choice due to its tranquil environment. Our room was located quite a distance from the entrance, necessitating a short walk to reach the pool and restaurant areas. We booked our accommodation through Traveloka at a rate of 2.2 million VND per night for a three-bedroom suite, which we found to be reasonable for a centrally located resort. Breakfast was included; however, we were disappointed that there was no buffet available during our stay. The menu options were somewhat limited, prompting us to dine outside the resort instead. It appears that we visited during a quieter period, as there were fewer guests and no bustling breakfast scene.

Trải nghiệm tại Dankbaar thật sự rất đáng nhớ. Tôi đi cùng nhóm bạn trong 3 ngày 2 đêm. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực xung quanh thích hợp cho việc chụp ảnh sống ảo. Đối với các gia đình muốn đi nghỉ dưỡng, đây là một lựa chọn khá hợp lý vì nơi đây rất yên tĩnh. Phòng của chúng tôi nằm xa cổng nên mỗi khi ra ngoài hay đến hồ bơi nhà hàng cũng hơi xa. Đặt phòng qua Traveloka với giá 2 triệu đồng mỗi người cho một căn hộ ba phòng ngủ, khá hợp lí cho một resort ở trung tâm thành phố. Resort cũng có dịch vụ bữa sáng, tuy nhiên hôm chúng tôi ở đó không có buffet, và thực đơn không phong phú nên chúng tôi đã ra ngoài ăn thay vì ăn tại resort. Có lẽ không phải là mùa cao điểm với số lượng khách hàng ít nên không có bữa sáng buffet.

The room is outdated, with trash strewn all over the staircase, no hot water available, no clothes hanger in the bathroom, poor quality breakfast buffet, and the bathroom's electrical system makes constant squeaking noises, posing a significant safety hazard.

My family booked a one-night stay on Saturday with 2 adults and 2 children. The room rate at the reception was 1.6 million VND per night, facing the garden and located far from the swimming pool area and main activities. An additional charge of 200,000 VND was applied for a 10-year-old child, making it a total of 1.8 million VND. The receptionist efficiently checked us in. However, to our surprise, our accommodation was placed in the last row of the resort, with no one in the middle rows. The staircase seemed deteriorated, but the room itself was spacious. All doors had been freshly painted, leaving a strong paint smell inside. The garden view from the entrance was rather eerie. The air conditioner units placed outside the room were wooden, resembling cabinet doors, but one of the cabinet doors was missing, and they showed significant rust, looking unsightly and potentially hazardous. The balcony door faced the street. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely weak, forcing our family of four to take very long showers. Although the air conditioning unit was of a household type, it was camouflaged into the wall, giving an impression of a centralized system. It needed to be set to 16 degrees Celsius, and it took 4 to 5 hours to cool down the room adequately. Despite this, it remained uncomfortably cold throughout the night. The swimming pool was notably smaller compared to the number of rooms in the resort. While there was direct access to the sea, the beach area near the resort was littered with trash, leading people to bathe in the adjacent areas instead. On a positive note, the swimming pool had warm water and wasn't cold. In front of the resort, there were numerous budget-friendly dining options, along with plenty of walking paths nearby. The breakfast buffet was standard, similar to other hotels. The newly constructed dining area was clean and well-maintained. The new centralized air conditioning system functioned efficiently and provided adequate cooling. Considering the price of 1.8 million VND per night, we found it unreasonable due to the poor quality of the rooms and the inadequate room arrangements.

Để máy lạnh làm mát đủ thì cần phải mở cửa 16 độ, và mất tới 4-5 giờ sau mới thực sự mát. Đêm đó, lạnh ngắt suốt cả đêm. Bể bơi của resort nhỏ hẳn so với số lượng phòng nghỉ. Có lối xuống biển nhưng khu vực bãi biển của resort lại có rất nhiều rác, khiến chúng tôi thấy hơi bất ngờ khi người dân chọn khu vực kế bên để tắm biển. Một điểm nhấn tích cực là hồ bơi có nước ấm, không lạnh. Phía trước resort có nhiều nhà hàng phổ biến, phục vụ đồ ăn uống dân dã. Bên cạnh đó, cũng có nhiều nơi đi bộ. Bữa sáng buffet tại nhà hàng được xây mới, sạch sẽ. Hệ thống điều hòa mới lạnh và hoạt động tốt. Với mức giá 1 triệu 8 mỗi đêm, chúng tôi cảm thấy không hợp lý với chất lượng phòng nghỉ và sự sắp xếp không hợp lý.

Potential for becoming a decent resort in the future, but currently marred by unprofessionalism and a dismal restaurant experience. Upon arrival, there were no welcome drinks offered. The pool closes early at 6:30 PM, and the drinks we ordered by the pool were not chilled as expected. There was no information booklet in our hotel room, and when we requested a room service menu, they insisted we return it promptly after ordering. We tried to order food over the phone but had difficulty communicating our preferences, so a staff member came to our room and we pointed directly at the menu. After taking the menu back, they called us after 10 minutes to inform us that our initial order was unavailable. We tried to order something else, only to find out that was also unavailable. Eventually, we received a schnitzel served in pieces on a bed of lettuce!? Our room fridge was defective, and despite notifying the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. When my wife visited the spa area to inquire about a massage, she was told there were no available appointments that day. When she asked about the next day, the staff laughed dismissively, prompting her to leave. Disappointed after just one night of our planned three-night stay, we opted to move to another hotel, despite the original hotel's refusal to refund us for the remaining two nights. The positive aspects were limited to the spacious room and the waterfront location. The local area lacked dining and drinking options, contrary to its name.

Hồ bơi đóng cửa vào lúc 6:30 tối và đồ uống được đặt bên hồ bơi không được giữ trong tủ lạnh. Không có cuốn sách thông tin trong phòng khách sạn và khi chúng tôi yêu cầu một menu dịch vụ phòng, họ không cho phép giữ lại. Chúng tôi đặt đồ ăn qua điện thoại nhưng không hiểu rõ nên nhân viên đến phòng và chúng tôi chỉ vào menu. Sau đó nhân viên lấy lại menu. Gọi lại sau 10 phút để nói rằng họ không có món chúng tôi đã đặt. Đặt món khác nhưng họ cũng không có. Cuối cùng chúng tôi được phục vụ một miếng thịt rán xé thành từng mảnh trên một ít xà lách!? Tủ lạnh trong phòng không hoạt động và họ không hề giải quyết vấn đề này. Vợ tôi đến khu vực spa hỏi về massage thì nhân viên nói là không có dịch vụ massage vào hôm nay. Cô ấy hỏi liệu ngày mai có được không thì họ cười chê bai rồi cô ấy phải rời đi. Sau một đêm nghỉ trong ba đêm chúng tôi đã chuyển sang khách sạn khác mặc dù họ không hoàn lại tiền cho hai đêm còn lại. Những đánh giá trên booking dot com có lẽ là giả dối. Không thể tin được nơi này lại có điểm số cao như vậy. Các điểm tích cực duy nhất là phòng rộng và vị trí bên bờ nước. Khu vực địa phương có rất ít địa điểm để ăn uống.

The overall experience was truly amazing. Our room, like many others, was quite exceptional. With a beachfront view, it was almost tempting enough to leap from the balcony. The scenery was breathtaking and well worth the beachfront stay. I understand there has been recent ownership changes, resulting in various ongoing activities. Therefore, I can sympathize with some disorder: parts of the beach were somewhat dirty and there was significant construction. However, I cannot criticize them due to the transition in ownership. My only critique is that we would have appreciated a warmer welcome in the room - perhaps decor, complimentary drinks, or faster room service - though these are minor issues compared to the overall experience. We will certainly return.

Upon arrival, I immediately wanted to leave and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, since payment was made:- Very few staff & extremely clumsy. Slow check-in. No welcome drink. When asked, they said, 'Only filtered water, ma'am.' No luggage assistance, must ask at the counter.- The room is old and basic. Furniture arranged poorly. Bathroom lacks towel & clothes space, poor drainage & hair in drain. Dusty shelves. Stained towels & sheets.- Advertised as newly opened but actually an old hotel rebranded. Everything downgraded. Still using breakfast vouchers (and insufficient). Feels like a state-run hotel from the 2000s, not even worthy of 3*, let alone 5*.- Rented for an event by the pool till 10 pm, noise echoing throughout. Outside walls littered with stinking garbage bags unattended.

Phòng tắm không có chỗ để khăn và quần áo, thoát nước kém và đầy tóc trong ống thoát. Kệ đựng đồ đầy bụi. Khăn và ga trải giường bị ố màu.- Quảng cáo khẳng định khách sạn vừa mới mở, nhưng thực tế là một khách sạn cũ đã đổi tên. Mọi thứ đều sa sút. Vẫn sử dụng phiếu ăn sáng để phát cho từng phòng (và không đủ). Nói chung, cảm giác như một khách sạn nhà nước thập niên 2000, dịch vụ không xứng đáng với 3 sao, chứ đừng nói 5 sao.- Cho thuê cho một nhóm tổ chức sự kiện bên hồ bơi đến tận 10 giờ tối, vang vọng khắp khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tường ngoài của khu nghỉ dưỡng và cổng chính đầy túi rác thối mùi mà không ai dọn dẹp.

Beautiful hotel with attentive and helpful staff members.

This hotel is near the city overlooking the beach bit has beautiful gardens, surrounding the many buildings. The ocean view room was very large & comfortable. The balcony was great. The setting of the pool is lovely. The breakfast was good, not great (no egg “station”). The hotel is about 1/2 the price (or less than) resorts outside of town. While it is on the waterfront, there is a breakwater (wall), and you cannot walk directly to the beach in front of the hotel. But beach access is maybe 100 meters away, along the pretty boardwalk.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Aber!!! der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Beim Frühstück dauert es ewig bis man überhaupt gefragt wird was man essen möchte. Dann nochmal eine gefühlte Ewigkeit bis etwas kommt, dabei ist es uns sogar passiert dass der Kaffee als Letztes serviert wurde. Handtücher für den Pool müssen an der Rezeption geordert werden. Wir haben eine ganze Stunde gewartet bis wir welche bekommen haben, obwohl wir mehrfach nachgefragt haben.

Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm, là ks hoàng gia cũ mới sửa lại. Phòng của tôi và gia đình ở tầng 1 view thẳng biển. Ban ngày lúc nhận phòng thì ko có vấn đề gì, nhưng từ khoảng 10h trở ra mùi thối bốc nồng nặc, phòng bên cạnh cũng như vậy, tôi có báo lễ tân và lễ tân có đề nghị chuyển lên tầng 2. Nhưng giữa đêm lại chỉ ở lại 1 đêm nên tôi ko muốn di chuyển, còn nhà đi cùng ở phòng bên cạnh đã chuyển lên tầng 2. Sáng ra tôi có xem xung quanh thì phát hiện phòng ở gần cống rác thải rất to, chắc chắn đây ko chỉ là lần đầu tiên ks bị phản ánh về trường hợp này, nhưng vẫn xếp để khách hàng ở phòng gần đó để bị mùi ô nhiễm không khí như vậy. Tôi tin chắc ai cũng như tôi ko muốn đi du lịch mà có một trải nghiệm tệ, một ấn tượng xấu về nơi đó.

Một kì trải nghiệm đáng nhớ, lần sau có cơ hội sẽ ghé lại.

This hotel stays true to its standard. We booked a standard room but it was so spacious, clean, smelled really nice. The surrounding areas on this property were precious which kept us going for more. Motorcycle rental is available and it was so cheap compared to other places in Hanoi, plus the tank was half full when it was brought to me. The receptionist lady and the bellman were polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing as it looks over the beach. Must give praises to Hung and Binh - the two gentlemen pool attendants who were so caring and kind and very hospitable. If I ever go back to Quy Nhon city, I will definitely go back to stay here. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast buffet which was quite abundant and the customer service person was just standing around. As a customer service representative of a 4 star hotel myself, I find this a weak point of this accommodation. However, the rest just makes up for it so we’re fine.

The staff here is warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and classy. I recommend getting the sea view as the balcony faces the ocean and is gorgeous! I was in town for the marathon and my daughter accompanied me and also really loved the accommodations! Beautiful pool and beach access.

Such a great resort in the center of Quy Nhon. Beautiful sea, exceptional service and friendly staff. It is only 8-10 minute walk along the coast to the city square where there is a "liveshow" by local performers in the weekend and a street food with great specialties. Thank you for hosting me. We stayed here when the hotel first opened in 2 ocean view rooms with our children. The sunrises were amazing from the 3rd floor.We loved the ocean view and could hear the sound of the ocean from our room and balcony. We had breakfast included each day. The first few days was from a menu as there weren’t many guests due to the hotel only just opening. The last 2 days the hotel staff served a lovely buffet with lots of western and Vietnamese options. We usually had the pool all to ourselves which was very relaxing. A few things could be improved such as new, fresh towels , staff making an effort to welcome guests on arrival, drink service around the pool and mini bar snacks but there are mini Mary’s nearby with cheap food and drinks. Tables on the balcony and around the pool area would also be an improvement for the level of hotel management is striving for. We enjoyed having a drink at the Quy Nhon sports bar opposite the hotel and there is a lovely local banh mi stall opposite the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel and hope to return one day. Staff were mostly very friendly and anything we asked for they were only too happy to accommodate.

This resort is new and very lovely designed. The location is superb where we could easily explore the life of local people. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is fantastic for all our family. Nothing to complain, we will definitely come back here again!!

Cửa ban công hướng ra phía đường phố. Nước tắm trong phòng rất yếu, buộc chúng tôi phải chia nhau tắm mất rất nhiều thời gian. Máy lạnh loại gia đình có vẻ hoạt động tốt, nhưng bề ngoài lại che lấp điều này, dẫn đến ấn tượng như một hệ thống máy lạnh. Để máy lạnh làm mát đủ thì cần phải mở cửa 16 độ, và mất tới 4-5 giờ sau mới thực sự mát. Đêm đó, lạnh ngắt suốt cả đêm. Bể bơi của resort nhỏ hẳn so với số lượng phòng nghỉ. Có lối xuống biển nhưng khu vực bãi biển của resort lại có rất nhiều rác, khiến chúng tôi thấy hơi bất ngờ khi người dân chọn khu vực kế bên để tắm biển. Một điểm nhấn tích cực là hồ bơi có nước ấm, không lạnh. Phía trước resort có nhiều nhà hàng phổ biến, phục vụ đồ ăn uống dân dã. Bên cạnh đó, cũng có nhiều nơi đi bộ. Bữa sáng buffet tại nhà hàng được xây mới, sạch sẽ. Hệ thống điều hòa mới lạnh và hoạt động tốt. Với mức giá 1 triệu 8 mỗi đêm, chúng tôi cảm thấy không hợp lý với chất lượng phòng nghỉ và sự sắp xếp không hợp lý.

Potential for becoming a decent resort in the future, but currently marred by unprofessionalism and a dismal restaurant experience. Upon arrival, there were no welcome drinks offered. The pool closes early at 6:30 PM, and the drinks we ordered by the pool were not chilled as expected. There was no information booklet in our hotel room, and when we requested a room service menu, they insisted we return it promptly after ordering. We tried to order food over the phone but had difficulty communicating our preferences, so a staff member came to our room and we pointed directly at the menu. After taking the menu back, they called us after 10 minutes to inform us that our initial order was unavailable. We tried to order something else, only to find out that was also unavailable. Eventually, we received a schnitzel served in pieces on a bed of lettuce!? Our room fridge was defective, and despite notifying the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issue. When my wife visited the spa area to inquire about a massage, she was told there were no available appointments that day. When she asked about the next day, the staff laughed dismissively, prompting her to leave. Disappointed after just one night of our planned three-night stay, we opted to move to another hotel, despite the original hotel's refusal to refund us for the remaining two nights. The positive aspects were limited to the spacious room and the waterfront location. The local area lacked dining and drinking options, contrary to its name.

Có thể là một khu nghỉ dưỡng tạm ổn vào một ngày nào đó nhưng rất không chuyên nghiệp và nhà hàng kinh khủng. Không có đồ uống chào đón khi đến. Hồ bơi đóng cửa vào lúc 6:30 tối và đồ uống được đặt bên hồ bơi không được giữ trong tủ lạnh. Không có cuốn sách thông tin trong phòng khách sạn và khi chúng tôi yêu cầu một menu dịch vụ phòng, họ không cho phép giữ lại. Chúng tôi đặt đồ ăn qua điện thoại nhưng không hiểu rõ nên nhân viên đến phòng và chúng tôi chỉ vào menu. Sau đó nhân viên lấy lại menu. Gọi lại sau 10 phút để nói rằng họ không có món chúng tôi đã đặt. Đặt món khác nhưng họ cũng không có. Cuối cùng chúng tôi được phục vụ một miếng thịt rán xé thành từng mảnh trên một ít xà lách!? Tủ lạnh trong phòng không hoạt động và họ không hề giải quyết vấn đề này. Vợ tôi đến khu vực spa hỏi về massage thì nhân viên nói là không có dịch vụ massage vào hôm nay. Cô ấy hỏi liệu ngày mai có được không thì họ cười chê bai rồi cô ấy phải rời đi. Sau một đêm nghỉ trong ba đêm chúng tôi đã chuyển sang khách sạn khác mặc dù họ không hoàn lại tiền cho hai đêm còn lại. Những đánh giá trên booking dot com có lẽ là giả dối. Không thể tin được nơi này lại có điểm số cao như vậy. Các điểm tích cực duy nhất là phòng rộng và vị trí bên bờ nước. Khu vực địa phương có rất ít địa điểm để ăn uống.

The overall experience was truly amazing. Our room, like many others, was quite exceptional. With a beachfront view, it was almost tempting enough to leap from the balcony. The scenery was breathtaking and well worth the beachfront stay. I understand there has been recent ownership changes, resulting in various ongoing activities. Therefore, I can sympathize with some disorder: parts of the beach were somewhat dirty and there was significant construction. However, I cannot criticize them due to the transition in ownership. My only critique is that we would have appreciated a warmer welcome in the room - perhaps decor, complimentary drinks, or faster room service - though these are minor issues compared to the overall experience. We will certainly return.

Trải nghiệm tổng thể thật sự tuyệt vời. Phòng của chúng tôi (có rất nhiều phòng giống như thế) rất đặc biệt. Nhìn ra bãi biển, nó gần đủ để nhảy xuống từ ban công. Khung cảnh thật tuyệt vời và xứng đáng để đến bên bờ biển. Tôi hiểu rằng sở hữu đã thay đổi gần đây, vì vậy có rất nhiều điều đang xảy ra. Vì lý do này, tôi có thể hiểu được một số hỗn độn: một số bãi biển hơi bẩn và có nhiều công trình xây dựng, nhưng tôi không thể trách họ vì sự chuyển giao sở hữu mới. Upon arrival, I immediately wanted to leave and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, since payment was made:- Very few staff & extremely clumsy. Slow check-in. No welcome drink. When asked, they said, 'Only filtered water, ma'am.' No luggage assistance, must ask at the counter.- The room is old and basic. Furniture arranged poorly. Bathroom lacks towel & clothes space, poor drainage & hair in drain. Dusty shelves. Stained towels & sheets.- Advertised as newly opened but actually an old hotel rebranded. Everything downgraded. Still using breakfast vouchers (and insufficient). Feels like a state-run hotel from the 2000s, not even worthy of 3*, let alone 5*.- Rented for an event by the pool till 10 pm, noise echoing throughout. Outside walls littered with stinking garbage bags unattended.

Ngay khi đến, tôi chỉ muốn rời đi và tìm nơi ở khác. Nhưng tiền đã thanh toán nên phải nhắm mắt chịu thôi: Nhân viên rất ít & cực kỳ vụng về. Thủ tục nhận phòng chậm. Không có nước chào đón. Khi khách hỏi, họ chỉ nói, 'Chỉ có nước lọc thôi ạ.' Không có sự hỗ trợ về hành lý, phải tự vào quầy.- Phòng cũ và sơ sài. Đồ đạc được bố trí không hợp lý. Phòng tắm không có chỗ để khăn và quần áo, thoát nước kém và đầy tóc trong ống thoát. Kệ đựng đồ đầy bụi. Khăn và ga trải giường bị ố màu.- Quảng cáo khẳng định khách sạn vừa mới mở, nhưng thực tế là một khách sạn cũ đã đổi tên. Mọi thứ đều sa sút. Vẫn sử dụng phiếu ăn sáng để phát cho từng phòng (và không đủ). Nói chung, cảm giác như một khách sạn nhà nước thập niên 2000, dịch vụ không xứng đáng với 3 sao, chứ đừng nói 5 sao.- Cho thuê cho một nhóm tổ chức sự kiện bên hồ bơi đến tận 10 giờ tối, vang vọng khắp khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tường ngoài của khu nghỉ dưỡng và cổng chính đầy túi rác thối mùi mà không ai dọn dẹp.

Beautiful hotel with attentive and helpful staff members.

This hotel is near the city overlooking the beach bit has beautiful gardens, surrounding the many buildings. The ocean view room was very large & comfortable. The balcony was great. The setting of the pool is lovely. The breakfast was good, not great (no egg “station”). The hotel is about 1/2 the price (or less than) resorts outside of town. While it is on the waterfront, there is a breakwater (wall), and you cannot walk directly to the beach in front of the hotel. But beach access is maybe 100 meters away, along the pretty boardwalk.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Aber!!! der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Beim Frühstück dauert es ewig bis man überhaupt gefragt wird was man essen möchte. Dann nochmal eine gefühlte Ewigkeit bis etwas kommt, dabei ist es uns sogar passiert dass der Kaffee als Letztes serviert wurde. Handtücher für den Pool müssen an der Rezeption geordert werden. Wir haben eine ganze Stunde gewartet bis wir welche bekommen haben, obwohl wir mehrfach nachgefragt haben.

Khách sạn có vị trí trung tâm, là ks hoàng gia cũ mới sửa lại. Phòng của tôi và gia đình ở tầng 1 view thẳng biển. Ban ngày lúc nhận phòng thì ko có vấn đề gì, nhưng từ khoảng 10h trở ra mùi thối bốc nồng nặc, phòng bên cạnh cũng như vậy, tôi có báo lễ tân và lễ tân có đề nghị chuyển lên tầng 2. Nhưng giữa đêm lại chỉ ở lại 1 đêm nên tôi ko muốn di chuyển, còn nhà đi cùng ở phòng bên cạnh đã chuyển lên tầng 2. Sáng ra tôi có xem xung quanh thì phát hiện phòng ở gần cống rác thải rất to, chắc chắn đây ko chỉ là lần đầu tiên ks bị phản ánh về trường hợp này, nhưng vẫn xếp để khách hàng ở phòng gần đó để bị mùi ô nhiễm không khí như vậy. Tôi tin chắc ai cũng như tôi ko muốn đi du lịch mà có một trải nghiệm tệ, một ấn tượng xấu về nơi đó.

Một kì trải nghiệm đáng nhớ, lần sau có cơ hội sẽ ghé lại.

This hotel stays true to its standard. We booked a standard room but it was so spacious, clean, smelled really nice. The surrounding areas on this property were precious which kept us going for more. Motorcycle rental is available and it was so cheap compared to other places in Hanoi, plus the tank was half full when it was brought to me. The receptionist lady and the bellman were polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing as it looks over the beach. Must give praises to Hung and Binh - the two gentlemen pool attendants who were so caring and kind and very hospitable. If I ever go back to Quy Nhon city, I will definitely go back to stay here. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast buffet which was quite abundant and the customer service person was just standing around. As a customer service representative of a 4 star hotel myself, I find this a weak point of this accommodation. However, the rest just makes up for it so we’re fine.

The staff here is warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and classy. I recommend getting the sea view as the balcony faces the ocean and is gorgeous! I was in town for the marathon and my daughter accompanied me and also really loved the accommodations! Beautiful pool and beach access.

Such a great resort in the center of Quy Nhon. Beautiful sea, exceptional service and friendly staff. It is only 8-10 minute walk along the coast to the city square where there is a "liveshow" by local performers in the weekend and a street food with great specialties. Thank you for hosting me. I love staying here.

We stayed here when the hotel first opened in 2 ocean view rooms with our children. The sunrises were amazing from the 3rd floor.We loved the ocean view and could hear the sound of the ocean from our room and balcony. We had breakfast included each day. The first few days was from a menu as there weren’t many guests due to the hotel only just opening. The last 2 days the hotel staff served a lovely buffet with lots of western and Vietnamese options. We usually had the pool all to ourselves which was very relaxing. A few things could be improved such as new, fresh towels , staff making an effort to welcome guests on arrival, drink service around the pool and mini bar snacks but there are mini Mary’s nearby with cheap food and drinks. Tables on the balcony and around the pool area would also be an improvement for the level of hotel management is striving for. We enjoyed having a drink at the Quy Nhon sports bar opposite the hotel and there is a lovely local banh mi stall opposite the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel and hope to return one day. Staff were mostly very friendly and anything we asked for they were only too happy to accommodate.

This resort is new and very lovely designed. The location is superb where we could easily explore the life of local people. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is fantastic for all our family. Nothing to complain, we will definitely come back here again!!
