Upon leaving the hotel, I discovered I had been bitten by bed bugs. Unaware of the signs, I had noticed a peculiar odor in the room, attributing it to the air conditioning. It's now apparent it was likely due to bed bugs. It's unsettling, and I'm concerned about my luggage spreading the issue further during the rest of my travels.

Giờ tôi nhận ra có thể là vấn đề về rệp giường. Kinh tởm và bây giờ tôi phải lo lắng rằng hành lý có thể lan truyền nó trong suốt chuyến đi của mình...

Reception service was satisfactory and accommodating.

Outstanding staff attitude. Unforgettable pools for swimming. A beach that has been restored from the sea. A luxurious breakfast extending until dinner. The location is strategically positioned - not overly noisy, yet not completely secluded either. There is a fitness center and a billiard room. A splendid and well-maintained garden.

Thái độ nhân viên xuất sắc. Các hồ bơi không thể quên. Một bãi biển được tái sinh từ biển. Bữa sáng ngon miệng kéo dài đến tối. Vị trí chiến lược, không ồn ào nhưng cũng không hẳn là 'người đi thực sự'. Có phòng gym và phòng bi-a. Vườn rộng rãi được bảo quản tuyệt vời.

Tiện nghi khá ok, diện tích phòng hơi nhỏ

Мы были в этом отеле 5 лет назад, название и хозяин были другие, сейчас это сеть отелей А 25, оборудование конечно стало современым, классная плазма, новый кондиционер, современная мебель. Но сервис пострадал. Раньше мы заходили после прогулки, нас узнавали, здортвались, сейчас все посетители безликие, кухня на отшибись, асего 4-5 блюд кофе либо нет, либо холодный, а раньше даже готовили настоящие живые йогурты, жене очень нравились. Перешли на поток!

The location is perfect but very noisy by your neighborhood.

Đi công tác có 1 ngày thôi nhưng may mắn gặp các bạn lễ tân khá nhiệt tình, phòng rộng rãi, đẹp. Ti vi nhiều kênh truyền hình, mình khá thích.

Two weeks in Vietnam and this was by far the worst experience we had. We arrived late at night and the receptionist told us that we had no reservation (even though our agency had reserved it for us and we had the receipt) and the hotel was fully booked. After some negotiation, an available room magically appeared, but not so magically it was awful. Water was leaking from the ceiling at the bathroom, which btw was full of mold. The room was full in small insects, which we could feel them in our bed and in combination with the noise coming from outside, we were kept up all night. After complaints and with the intervention of our agency they upgraded us to a suite, which was decent. When proceeding to the checkout they charged us for 4 bottles of water (2 from each room), even though everywhere we have stayed before they were included in the price of the room. Lastly, the woman at the reception was really rude. We asked if we could pay with euros and she agreed, but forgot to mention that she would keep a 10% commission !! When telling her this is unacceptable, she just threw the money on our face and told us to go change them elsewhere. The only positive I can say about this hotel is that the young man working at the door was really kind and cheerful. There are far superior places in HCMC. Don’t waste your time and your money there.

Good size rooms and well laid out, we got a junior suite and it had a both room at either ends, good breakfast and good position in District 1 which is really the centre of Ho Chi Mihn City not far from anything you need to do and a helpful tourist advisor.

Outlets that don't work, prices that rise by 15% when you ask for a window. Messages that say if you check in after 4 they will give the room away. I realize that most of this is *********** that tries to paint everything as perfect and wonderful. Beware, sometimes you don't get what you pay for.

Phòng ốc khang trang sạch sẽ, tiện nghi tốt. Khách sạn có vị trí nằm gần trung tâm, không gian thoáng. Đồ ăn sáng phục vụ khá ngon. Thấy dịch vụ thật xuất sắc.

Vị trí thật thuận tiện tham quan đi lại. Phòng ốc có tiện nghi hiện đại sạch sẽ. Đồ dùng thiết bị là những loại rất tốt nên tôi đánh giá cao chất lượng dịch vụ này. Nhân viên phục vụ tốt nữa.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Khách sạn rất gần trung tâm, đi ăn uống có rất nhiều quán ngon. Nội thất tiện nghi và nhân viên rất chu đáo
