Terrible experience during check-in. I would not recommend staying there due to the very unfriendly staff. They changed their policy on the morning of June 28th but failed to notify us via email throughout the day. Now they require an e-visa during check-in; an entrance stamp from the airport is no longer sufficient for them. Moreover, they have issues accepting ID cards for foreigners who reside permanently in Vietnam instead of passports. This has never been an issue for me in my many years in Vietnam. I suggest opting for another hotel in this area. The staff completely ruins your pleasant mood upon arrival at the resort. They show no concern whether customers are satisfied, return, or recommend the place. I expected better-trained staff from such a resort. This is why many foreigners visit Vietnam only once and hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Vì nhân viên hoàn toàn phá hủy cảm giác tốt của bạn ngay khi bạn đến khu nghỉ dưỡng. Họ không quan tâm liệu khách hàng có hài lòng và quay lại hay không, cũng như có đưa ra đề xuất. Tôi đã mong đợi một đội ngũ nhân viên được đào tạo tốt hơn từ một khu nghỉ dưỡng như vậy. Đây là lý do tại sao nhiều người nước ngoài đến Việt Nam chỉ một lần và không muốn quay lại hay giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

Outstanding environmental practices, warm and attentive staff, and undeniably one of Dalat's finest dining spots, Ana Villas is an excellent choice for accommodation. We spent four nights here, were efficiently picked up on time at the airport, and utilized the resort's SUV for exploring both nearby and remote areas of Dalat. Le Petit restaurant offers a diverse and delectable menu, complemented by an eclectic 'wine cellar' located in the attic, serving international wines alongside a fixed menu. Overall, Ana Villas stands out as a superb lodging option in Dalat.

Thực hành bảo vệ môi trường tuyệt vời, nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo, và chắc chắn là một trong những nhà hàng tốt nhất ở Đà Lạt, Ana Villas là một nơi lý tưởng để lưu trú. Chúng tôi đã ở lại bốn đêm, được đón tiếp một cách hiệu quả và đúng giờ tại sân bay, và có thể thuê xe SUV của khu nghỉ để đi lại khắp nơi ở Đà Lạt. Lovely hillside setting amidst trees. Each villa is unique and captivating. Rooms offer comfort and are well-equipped. The pool is heated, and the gym has excellent facilities. The restaurant provides exceptional meals. Breakfast is abundant. Would not hesitate to stay again!

應該是大叻當地最好的酒店，環境非常棒，整個酒店坐落在一個山坡上的大花園裡，由二十幾幢別墅組成，法國人時期也是作為度假使用，從酒店可以看到山坡下的一大片房子，離大叻市中心也就一兩公里路，去哪走路打車都挺方便

Staffs were very friendly and professional. The resort is very peaceful and well maintained. The spa was a bit disappointing, I had bruises on my back after the massage.

酒店位置不錯，打車去景點都幾萬越南盾，步行十分鐘也能到比較大的超市，風景環境和佈景非常優美適合拍照，每棟樓下都有秋千和長木凳還有桌子，每天有一些免費活動和下午茶，早餐也很好，坐室外吃早餐可以眺望坡景，前台到保安的服務態度都很滿意，需要租摩託車的話可以讓酒店聯繫，日租金也和市場價一樣。缺點就是因為綠植率高所以會有蚊子，衞浴下水有點慢，總體來説很值得推薦

Bữa sáng có nhiều lựa chọn nhưng hầu hết là đồ ăn đơn giản không xứng đáng với danh hiệu 4 sao. Hoàn toàn không có phô mai, cá và thịt bò (ngoại trừ rất ít thịt nấu chín cho phở)... Vệ sinh phục vụ bữa sáng cực kỳ đáng lo ngại, đặc biệt là khi dịch Covid vẫn chưa kết thúc. Ví dụ, sau khi khách hàng dùng xong, nhân viên đến dọn bàn nhưng không thu dọn chiếc thảm cá nhân, chỉ lau qua rồi đặt dao thìa mới và khăn ăn cho khách hàng tiếp theo.

Terrible experience during check-in. I would not recommend staying there due to the very unfriendly staff. They changed their policy on the morning of June 28th but failed to notify us via email throughout the day. Now they require an e-visa during check-in; an entrance stamp from the airport is no longer sufficient for them. Moreover, they have issues accepting ID cards for foreigners who reside permanently in Vietnam instead of passports. This has never been an issue for me in my many years in Vietnam. I suggest opting for another hotel in this area. The staff completely ruins your pleasant mood upon arrival at the resort. They show no concern whether customers are satisfied, return, or recommend the place. I expected better-trained staff from such a resort. This is why many foreigners visit Vietnam only once and hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

Kinh nghiệm rất tồi trong quá trình nhận phòng. Đừng lựa chọn nơi này, vì nhân viên rất không thân thiện. Họ đã thay đổi chính sách từ sáng ngày 28 tháng 6, nhưng suốt cả ngày, họ không thể gửi email thông báo cho chúng tôi về điều đó. Bây giờ họ yêu cầu phải xem thị thực điện tử khi nhận phòng, con dấu nhập cảnh từ sân bay không đủ với họ. Hơn nữa, họ gặp vấn đề với chứng minh nhân dân của người nước ngoài sử dụng thay vì hộ chiếu trong thời gian cư trú lâu dài tại Việt Nam. Điều này chưa bao giờ xảy ra với tôi trong nhiều năm sống tại Việt Nam. Tôi khuyên bạn nên chọn khách sạn khác trong khu vực này. Vì nhân viên hoàn toàn phá hủy cảm giác tốt của bạn ngay khi bạn đến khu nghỉ dưỡng. Họ không quan tâm liệu khách hàng có hài lòng và quay lại hay không, cũng như có đưa ra đề xuất. Tôi đã mong đợi một đội ngũ nhân viên được đào tạo tốt hơn từ một khu nghỉ dưỡng như vậy. Đây là lý do tại sao nhiều người nước ngoài đến Việt Nam chỉ một lần và không muốn quay lại hay giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

Outstanding environmental practices, warm and attentive staff, and undeniably one of Dalat's finest dining spots, Ana Villas is an excellent choice for accommodation. We spent four nights here, were efficiently picked up on time at the airport, and utilized the resort's SUV for exploring both nearby and remote areas of Dalat. Le Petit restaurant offers a diverse and delectable menu, complemented by an eclectic 'wine cellar' located in the attic, serving international wines alongside a fixed menu. Overall, Ana Villas stands out as a superb lodging option in Dalat.

Thực hành bảo vệ môi trường tuyệt vời, nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo, và chắc chắn là một trong những nhà hàng tốt nhất ở Đà Lạt, Ana Villas là một nơi lý tưởng để lưu trú. Chúng tôi đã ở lại bốn đêm, được đón tiếp một cách hiệu quả và đúng giờ tại sân bay, và có thể thuê xe SUV của khu nghỉ để đi lại khắp nơi ở Đà Lạt. Nhà hàng Le Petit phục vụ đồ ăn ngon và đa dạng, và có một “hầm rượu” độc đáo nằm trong gác mái và phục vụ rượu ngoại cùng thực đơn đặc biệt. Tổng thể là sự lựa chọn xuất sắc cho chuyến đi Đà Lạt.

Lovely hillside setting amidst trees. Each villa is unique and captivating. Rooms offer comfort and are well-equipped. The pool is heated, and the gym has excellent facilities. The restaurant provides exceptional meals. Breakfast is abundant. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Không gian tuyệt vời trên đồi giữa những cây xanh. Mỗi biệt thự độc đáo và đầy thú vị. Các phòng thoải mái và được trang bị đầy đủ. Hồ bơi có bơi nước nóng, phòng gym có trang thiết bị tốt. Nhà hàng xuất sắc. Bữa sáng đầy đủ và phong phú. Sẽ không ngần ngại để lưu trú lại lần nữa!

A must-visit resort in Da Lat! The resort offers breathtaking and stunning views, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Ms. Ngọc Phối, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to all our needs. Our only regret was staying for just two nights; we will definitely return to this resort on our next visit to Da Lat!

Quay lại đây sau mấy năm, thấy khu này vẫn đẹp lãng mạn, dịch vụ chu đáo. Tuy nhiên, buổi tối đi quanh khu thì hơi rợn chút xíu.

Very nice hotel with a very wide space and many beautiful villas. Quiet environment and nice restaurant included as well as pool area.

我太喜歡大叻這家法式別墅了，坐落在市中心附近的一座小山上，在幽靜的松林裏度過了愉快的兩天，留下了美好的回憶。

特別特別棒！好像住進了宮崎駿的電影裏，30年代的法國小別墅，特別有歷史感。每天下午還有resort tour，帶你瞭解這些小別墅的歷史。

전반적으로는 괜찮으나 고택&위치 특성상... 천장에서 쥐 찍찍거리는 소리 들렸음 방에서 벌레도 하나 봤구요 그래도 담에도 이용할 의향 있음 3시부터 4시까지 무료애프터눈티 제공해주시는데 퀄리티 좋아요 헤리티지호텔보다 좋은듯 조식도 맛있음! 만족 빌라 스튜디오 이용했는데 너무 개방감있어서 좀 부담스러웠음 담에 가면 다른 타입 룸 이용할듯 참고하세요

應該是大叻當地最好的酒店，環境非常棒，整個酒店坐落在一個山坡上的大花園裡，由二十幾幢別墅組成，法國人時期也是作為度假使用，從酒店可以看到山坡下的一大片房子，離大叻市中心也就一兩公里路，去哪走路打車都挺方便

Staffs were very friendly and professional. The resort is very peaceful and well maintained. The spa was a bit disappointing, I had bruises on my back after the massage.

酒店位置不錯，打車去景點都幾萬越南盾，步行十分鐘也能到比較大的超市，風景環境和佈景非常優美適合拍照，每棟樓下都有秋千和長木凳還有桌子，每天有一些免費活動和下午茶，早餐也很好，坐室外吃早餐可以眺望坡景，前台到保安的服務態度都很滿意，需要租摩託車的話可以讓酒店聯繫，日租金也和市場價一樣。缺點就是因為綠植率高所以會有蚊子，衞浴下水有點慢，總體來説很值得推薦

Recommend, staff is friendly and feel like home, must try spa here.. super
