I have spent over 30 nights in Ho Chi Minh City due to my numerous business trips, but the quality and service at the hotels are disappointingly low. Unless you have a special reason, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Furthermore, every night there's incredibly loud party noise from the bar next door if you're on the lower floors, or from the New World Hotel's outdoor event space and rooftop bar across the street if you're on the higher floors. I can't sleep because the low-frequency noise makes the room vibrate. Additionally, the room door has many gaps, so you can hear sounds from the adjacent room. When I contacted customer service to inquire about changing my reservation, they refused to assist, claiming they were not responsible or lacked the authority. And when it seemed like they were finally helping, the person in charge had already left for the day, leaving me extremely frustrated.

Ngoài ra, bạn sẽ nghe thấy tiếng ồn tiệc tùng rất lớn mỗi đêm từ quán bar bên cạnh nếu bạn ở tầng thấp, hoặc từ khu vực sự kiện ngoài trời và quán bar trên tầng thượng của khách sạn New World đối diện nếu bạn ở tầng cao hơn. Tôi không thể ngủ được vì âm thanh trầm làm rung phòng. Cửa phòng có nhiều khe hở nên bạn có thể nghe thấy tiếng từ phòng bên cạnh. Khi tôi liên hệ với dịch vụ khách hàng để hỏi về việc thay đổi đặt phòng, họ từ chối trả lời, nói rằng họ không chịu trách nhiệm hoặc không có thẩm quyền, và khi tôi nghĩ rằng họ đã giải quyết cho tôi thì người phụ trách đã về nhà, khiến tôi rất bực bội.

The rooms were tidy, featuring spacious and comfortable beds. The staff proved exceptionally friendly and attentive. We encountered no issues during our two bookings in HCMC. The rooftop pool, while not large, provided ample space for relaxation and refreshment. Breakfast was notably delightful, offering a wide selection. Minor downsides included having only one bedside table and insufficient balcony door insulation, allowing outside noises. Additionally, the digital panel for the 'Do not disturb' button emitted a problematic blue glow, though we managed to address this issue. Nonetheless, each of our six nights there provided us with a restful sleep.

Phòng sạch sẽ và giường rộng lớn thoải mái. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Chúng tôi không gặp bất kỳ vấn đề nào với họ trong 2 lần đặt phòng tại TP.HCM. Bể bơi trên sân thượng không rộng lắm, nhưng đủ để làm mới và/hoặc thư giãn. Bữa sáng thật ngon với nhiều lựa chọn. Chỉ có một vài điểm nhỏ: chỉ có 1 bàn đầu giường và cửa sổ ban công của chúng tôi không có nhiều cách âm nên chúng tôi nghe được một số tiếng ồn bên ngoài. Ngoài ra, bảng điều khiển kỹ thuật số cho nút 'Đừng làm phiền' phát sáng màu xanh!!! Đó là màu sáng tồi tệ nhất mà bạn có thể thấy vào ban đêm, nhưng chúng tôi đã che điều đó. Tuy nhiên, mỗi trong số 6 đêm chúng tôi đã có một giấc ngủ tuyệt vời ở đó.

One of the best value-for-money places you can find in Ho Chi Minh City. It includes a rooftop bar, gym, and buffet breakfast. I had the best stay compared to all other cities in Vietnam.

Upon entering, even the staff acknowledged the presence of an unusually large cockroach in the room! Hygiene is severely lacking here. This oversized insect startled us as it crawled onto the bed, causing my friend to panic. Eric advised us to bring our luggage to reception and relocate immediately.

This hotel is an amazing venue offering exceptional comfort, hospitality, and a warm environment. The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly; we couldn't ask for more. Their passion for their work is palpable! The breakfast is outstanding with fresh juices, fruits, hot dishes, and delightful pastries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially noting the politeness of Mr. Vincent Lee and all the reception staff.
