Considering the price, this location is absolutely incredible. It's close to everything you could possibly want: sushi, burgers, spas, hair stylists, Vietnamese BBQ, Korean BBQ/Korea town, huge malls, and most of them are highly rated. The hotel is spotless; I've paid four times as much at other places that haven't been cleaned since opening, so it was a relief to feel confident I wouldn't catch anything sleeping in the bed or showering. Overall, my only complaint is that the AC takes a while to cool down, and some small things are a bit outdated. This will definitely be a favorite spot to return to!

Khi đến 'Princess' Hotel, tôi được đón mừng nồng hậu bởi hai cô gái trẻ tại bàn lễ tân, Nga và Phương. Phòng rất rộng rãi với sofa và giường lớn, rất thoải mái. Phòng tắm đủ lớn và vòi sen đúng như bất kỳ ai cũng muốn. Bữa sáng đi kèm với phòng ở là đầy đủ và thú vị. Điều hoà và tiện nghi rất tốt. Một gợi ý, không phải là một chỉ trích, là nên cung cấp một chăn rất nhẹ trong phòng để những người cần ngủ ở nhiệt độ mát mẻ có thể làm điều đó mà không bị lạnh. Đối với tôi, trong chuyến đi tiếp theo vào tháng 3 năm 2015, tôi sẽ ở lại 'Princess' Hotel vì tôi hoàn toàn hài lòng với dịch vụ và sự thoải mái.

Vừa mới ghé lần thứ 5... đã ở một tuần và có thể nói: - Khách sạn duy trì rất tốt... nó vẫn còn mới. - Bất chấp giá phải chăng, khách sạn này đủ dễ chịu, đạt 3 trên thang điểm 1-5. - Nhân viên là 5/5, một lần nữa... vì vậy, tôi đánh giá 4/5. - Vị trí thuận tiện, giữa sông Hàn (trung tâm thành phố) và bãi biển... nhưng nên dự định thuê xe đạp, xe máy hoặc taxi để thăm nhiều địa điểm này... tuy nhiên, bãi biển chỉ cách đó 15 phút đi bộ. - Phòng góc có tầm nhìn tuyệt vời qua toàn thành phố đến bãi biển. Cuối cùng, tôi muốn khen ngợi đội ngũ lễ tân, luôn cực kỳ tử tế.

Phòng sạch sẽ, vị trí tốt. Duy nhất 1 điều ko hài lòng đó là mình chọn phòng có cửa sổ nhưng nhân viên lại đưa mình phòng ko có cửa sổ. Không thoải mái lắm về điều này.

I stayed here during off season and the hotel upgraded me to a larger room for free. The room had a great ceiling to floor window with a view of the street below. The room also had a sofa for lounging around. It' conveniently located next to a 24-hour K-Mart for buying food late at night. They let me check out at 2pm with charging me extra as well. I wish they would have a chair that included a back for the long hours while working on a laptop. When I left the front desk, even offered to help me take my luggage down steps. The manager was very friendly as well.

Mình ở đây 2 đêm. Nhân viên: tạm được. Phòng chính: chật chội nhưng khá sạch sẽ. Tiện nghi khá đầy đủ, nhưng hơi cũ. Phòng tắm: 0.5* bồn rửa mặt thì bị nghẹt, các bản lề đính kèm kính buồng tắm hoen rỉ, còn vòi sen tắm ôi thôi, nước tung toé...vãi!!!

I did not have high expectations for this hotel since I have American standards and I knew before going to Vietnam that the standards would not be on par.. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, spaciousness and food at this hotel. My fiance and I stayed here shortly after we were engaged and it was very enjoyable. Our room was quite large for a king bed and the sheets were clean. The decor of the hotel is quite modern, similar to hotels in the US. The bathroom was a decent size but the fixtures are a little older. I really loved the free breakfast buffet that was included with the room rental, which included a huge assortment of Vietnamese foods such as pho, porridge, meats, salad, breads, seafood, soup, coffee, soymilk and more! Service-wise, anytime we had requests, the staff was quick to help us out, no matter the time of day. They were very responsive anytime we needed a taxi. The only thing I would point out is that the size of the soap bar was very small and difficult to use, so I would bring your own soap.

My fiancee and I traveled to Vietnam with family shortly after our engagement and decided to stay at Princess Hotel. I've been to Vietnam a handful of times already, but this was the first time that I stayed at a hotel and I'm glad it was at Princess Hotel. I'm a very simple person with simple needs, so I did not request or expect much from the hotel staff. However, of the few times I did request something, they were very quick to respond, such as additional toilet paper or a taxi. The room was quite large and I was really glad the AC was functioning properly considering the time of year in Da Nang. Our bed mattress was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep like a baby, which was VERY important since we wanted to wake up early most days to go to the beach by sunrise. Also, I was surprised at the wide assortment of Vietnamese breakfast dishes available, all of which reminded me of my mom's home cooking. In the bathroom, I found the soap to be a little small for a 1-week stay, but the hotel staff was very quick to refill after they saw that we were running low. Also, I thought it was weird that the room service menu included food from every popular country in the world (burgers, fries, pizza, Mexican, etc.) at a Vietnamese hotel. I didn't order anything so I can't speak for the quality of the food, but i can imagine why the hotel would want to appeal to all tourists (nationally and internationally). Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Princess Hotel and would not hesitate to come back the next time I visit family in Vietnam!

After reading some reviews and soon realizing mini reviews with name to name a fabricated rubbish, fake made to try and trick people into staying. This place was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I arrived I got shown through 7 rooms all of which were putrid & none of them look anything like the photographs. They were all hot stuffy and stank of cigarette smoke, and they were cigarettes in ashtrays in the rooms despite the place being advertised as 46 room Hotel all non-smoking. There was no security of the rooms and stop showing me through walked into other rooms where the people was staying and then just walked out. This hotel is out of the way and requires a taxi to get to food stores and restaurants. The Princess Hotel is old run-down Stuffy the air conditioning did not work in any of the seven rooms I was put in. I was told to wait a while and I would cool down and I like for an hour and it was still like being in a sauna. I wasted 2 hours at this place with them trying to take me there showing me different rooms all of which failed in every aspect. The rooms were poorly made up, none of the ships featured the beds & had stains on them and look like they'd been used over and over. The putrid stench of heavy cigarette smoking and throughout the property in all corridors and in every room. One of the several staff members trying to move me from room to room even admitted yes many Chinese smoking here. In a couple of the rooms I was talking to there was still numerous cigarettes piled up in ash trays lying about The beds were hard the bathrooms smelled mouldy and the air conditioning simply did not work even on Full Throttle. I had to argue with them for a long time and eventually they refunded my money and I left in disgust. I would not even stay here for one night this place was putrid and disgusting. All of the photos must have been taken many years back as even the designs on the walls did not match the photograph on a number of websites.

Nhân viên thì chưa được thân thiện, thái độ chưa tốt cho lắm nên làm cho khách cũng cảm thấy không thoải mái. Giá cả thì ổn, tôi tạm hài lòng khi nghỉ tại đây.

We had very low expectations upon arrival to this hotel as it appeared very standard compared other hotels we've seen. To our surprise, the hotel met all of our needs. The room had a much needed AC, free wifi, drawers for our clothes and shoes, beverages (not all complimentary), comfortable bed, pillows (on softer side), toiletries (we brought our own), towels, and shower slippers. The room was very clean, however, we encountered some unwanted bugs in our bathroom. They managed to get through the vents and windows somehow. I suppose that's inevitable? One of the best amenities is the all inclusive breakfast. They served a variety of Vietnamese food, fruits, pastries, dessert, and beverages! The staff was very attentive. They are quick to help when in need (especially when needing to call the taxi). Do keep in mind, the staff sleeps in the lobby area during off hours (12AM-5AM). Although it is a little strange, don't be afraid to wake them up if you need something. They will get up in flash to assist you! We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

I went to Đà Nẵng on september 2015. I have great time in Hotel. I got good room with nice view to the Sea on 8 Floor. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. After reading some reviews and soon realizing mini reviews with name to name a fabricated rubbish, fake made to try and trick people into staying. This place was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. When I arrived I got shown through 7 rooms all of which were putrid & none of them look anything like the photographs. They were all hot stuffy and stank of cigarette smoke, and they were cigarettes in ashtrays in the rooms despite the place being advertised as 46 room Hotel all non-smoking. There was no security of the rooms and stop showing me through walked into other rooms where the people was staying and then just walked out. This hotel is out of the way and requires a taxi to get to food stores and restaurants. The Princess Hotel is old run-down Stuffy the air conditioning did not work in any of the seven rooms I was put in. I was told to wait a while and I would cool down and I like for an hour and it was still like being in a sauna. I wasted 2 hours at this place with them trying to take me there showing me different rooms all of which failed in every aspect. The rooms were poorly made up, none of the ships featured the beds & had stains on them and look like they'd been used over and over. The putrid stench of heavy cigarette smoking and throughout the property in all corridors and in every room. One of the several staff members trying to move me from room to room even admitted yes many Chinese smoking here. In a couple of the rooms I was talking to there was still numerous cigarettes piled up in ash trays lying about The beds were hard the bathrooms smelled mouldy and the air conditioning simply did not work even on Full Throttle. I had to argue with them for a long time and eventually they refunded my money and I left in disgust. I would not even stay here for one night this place was putrid and disgusting. All of the photos must have been taken many years back as even the designs on the walls did not match the photograph on a number of websites.

Ở khách sạn Princess thì tôi thấy dịch vụ phòng ok, vệ sinh phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, dịch vụ phòng đạt tiêu chuẩn và tương xứng với giá cả. Nhân viên thì chưa được thân thiện, thái độ chưa tốt cho lắm nên làm cho khách cũng cảm thấy không thoải mái. Giá cả thì ổn, tôi tạm hài lòng khi nghỉ tại đây.

We had very low expectations upon arrival to this hotel as it appeared very standard compared other hotels we've seen. To our surprise, the hotel met all of our needs. The room had a much needed AC, free wifi, drawers for our clothes and shoes, beverages (not all complimentary), comfortable bed, pillows (on softer side), toiletries (we brought our own), towels, and shower slippers. The room was very clean, however, we encountered some unwanted bugs in our bathroom. They managed to get through the vents and windows somehow. I suppose that's inevitable? One of the best amenities is the all inclusive breakfast. They served a variety of Vietnamese food, fruits, pastries, dessert, and beverages! The staff was very attentive. They are quick to help when in need (especially when needing to call the taxi). Do keep in mind, the staff sleeps in the lobby area during off hours (12AM-5AM). Although it is a little strange, don't be afraid to wake them up if you need something. They will get up in flash to assist you! We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

Khách sạn có vị trí view đẹp, phòng rộng và sạch, đồ ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khi mình có yêu cầu và giá rất hợp lý cho 1 phòng thuê Đặc biệt rất ấn tượng với a.Vũ là chủ Khách sạn, rất chu đáo, mình mới đến lần đầu nhưng anh rất nhiệt tình hướng dẫn từ việc thuê xe, tìm địa điểm vui chơi Nhà mình sẽ tiếp tục ở Princess Hotel khi quay trở Đà Nẵng nghỉ dưỡng

I went to Đà Nẵng on september 2015. I have great time in Hotel. I got good room with nice view to the Sea on 8 Floor. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. For breakfast Extensive buffet breakfast offering a good mix of western and Asian tastes cleanliness rules! Thanks and i will take my family come back for stay with Princess Hotel
