The hotel management and staff were very poor: My phone number was leaked to various airport services, taxis, motorbike taxis, and call girls during my stay. A male employee kept staring uncomfortably at my wife’s chest and backside. The female manager seemed to be overly touchy, trying to upsell services. Additionally, the location was close to a noisy market, and the soundproofing in the room was inadequate. To top it off, the broth served was uncomfortably itchy.

Our hotel stay was delightful and offered excellent value. Situated on a quaint local street, it's just a 5-minute walk from the bustling tourist area with vibrant nightlife. The Imperial City is nearby; however, I recommend taking a taxi in extreme temperatures (it took us 30 minutes to walk, which was pleasant, but at 45 degrees...)

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It was the best meal we've had during our four-week journey through Vietnam. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I loved the decore’ looks newly reno…quite modern, lovely and clean, staff were very friendly. Restaurant and food very good. It a shame the little pool is not always accessible especially on a hot day after driving far. A good location for a short stay.

😃Das war eines der schönsten Hotels auf meiner gesamten Vietnamreise. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, von Reception, Masseurin bis zu der Kellnerin! Das Essen ist das bisher beste was ich in Vietnam gegessen habe und die Massage und der Jacuzzi sind ebenfalls ein Träumchen. Die Lage ist super zentral und man ist schnell überall. Die Qualität dieses Hotels und deren Dienstleistungen inkl. Essen ist dem europäischen Standart definitiv gleich. Grosse Empfehlung! 😐Das Bett war etwas hart (ich bin mir sehr weiche Matratzen gewohnt) und die Decke war sehr steif und heiss, trotz Klimaanlage. Aber es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, man kann trotzdem gut schlafen.

The spa is out of this world. They have a hot spa and a cooling spa before your massage-frankly one of our favorite experiences. The massages were Devine. They helped us arrange a full day Hue tour that was our 2nd favorite tour in our whole trip. On a side note the local ATM ate our card on the Sunday morning we were leaving. The staff were so wonderful in helping us but alas we had to leave. We definitely recommend this hotel for the quiet location, easy walking distance to food, beer, and attractions. Our room was of adequate size and we paid extra for a balcony-view was ok. Their breakfast buffet was very varied and beautifully arranged-the most extensive we saw anywhere in our 30 days in Vietnam. Their jacuzzi was delightful -open from 4-7. Location was good: near banks and restaurants. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Really excellent mid-range hotel. The location is perfect- we walked to the nearby restaurant/bar area, the Market and Citadel across the river- really nothing very far away . We stayed in a twin room with balcony. Very good bathroom, huge shower cubicle with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds comfortable. Air con very good but didn’t need it much. The breakfast was fabulous - eggs cooked to order, pastries, cheeses, fruit, meat, local options ….and more! We used the spa during the ‘free’ times and I’d highly recommend - very relaxing hot jacuzzi. All of the staff were all really great - friendly, attentive, efficient. Must mention front of house My Ling as particularly good and a real asset to the hotel - she couldn’t do enough to make our stay a happy one. I’d highly recommended this hotel!

Hotel is conveniently located around several food stalls, minimart and a cinema. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer reasonably priced tours and don't forget to try out the restaurant at the Madame Chau 1st floor too. Highly recommend!!!!
