The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They checked in with us every day to see if we needed assistance with anything (buses, tours, etc.). The breakfast was excellent. The room was cleaned daily upon request. We felt extremely comfortable and this hotel was an ideal starting point for our journey in Vietnam. The only downside was the bathroom flooding issue with the shower.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Họ hỏi mỗi ngày có thể giúp chúng tôi với điều gì đó (xe buýt, các chuyến tham quan, v.v.). Bữa sáng rất ngon. Phòng được dọn dẹp mỗi ngày khi có yêu cầu. Chúng tôi cảm thấy rất thoải mái và đây là khách sạn hoàn hảo để bắt đầu hành trình ở Việt Nam. Điều duy nhất khiến không hài lòng là vòi sen làm ngập phòng tắm.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff exuded a cheerfulness not commonly found among Japanese, yet their hospitality was exceptionally solid. It felt like a place I could comfortably stay for a month or more. Given the price, I will certainly return next time! They warmly greeted me every time I arrived by taxi. The breakfast offered a delightful variety and delicious flavors. Situated in the old town, it was perfect for leisurely strolls. The room was spotless with plentiful hot water.

Đó là một khách sạn tuyệt vời! Nhân viên rất vui vẻ, một sự sảng khoái mà người Nhật không có, nhưng sự hiếu khách rất chắc chắn! Đây là một khách sạn mà tôi cảm thấy mình có thể ở khoảng một tháng! Với mức giá này, tôi nhất định sẽ quay lại lần sau! Họ chào đón bạn mỗi khi bạn quay lại bằng taxi. Bữa sáng có nhiều món để lựa chọn và rất ngon. Vị trí nằm ở phố cổ, vì vậy chỉ cần đi dạo là thấy thú vị. Phòng sạch sẽ và có nước nóng.

Despite lacking windows, the room is quiet and features a comfortable bed and cleanliness, offering great value and service in the heart of the bustling old town.

Phòng không có cửa sổ nhưng vẫn yên tĩnh, giường thoải mái và sạch sẽ, đáng giá tiền với dịch vụ tốt ngay giữa trung tâm phố cổ tấp nập.

Due to a change in our flight schedule, we had to cancel our original reservation on this site. Eventually, we needed accommodation for one night only, so we reached out directly to them. Luckily, they were able to provide us with their last available room. Understandably, it wasn't as aesthetically pleasing as those shown in the photos. The breakfast offered was superb, featuring a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Western cuisines. Aside from the buffet spread, we could also order freshly prepared dishes; the French toast was particularly delightful. We arranged an excursion to Minh Binh through them, and it turned out to be a fantastic day. Highly recommended; our guide, Bao, was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Excellent location with outstanding service! The morning breakfast was very extensive, including an optional menu card. The rooms are superb, and the beds are comfortable!

酒店前台服務人員態度非常好，不僅幫助我們升級了房間，還給予很多方便。謝謝！ 酒店早餐很豐盛，還有現點現做的熱食。 環境很好，出行極其便利。

Nice place & yummy pho, dekat kemana-mana enak nginap disini

服務態度很好，早餐部分品項比較少。房間整體算是舒適。

房間大小還可以，衞生情況良，房間內有小冰箱，夜間休息安靜。在老街，出門就可以逛老街。早餐不錯，服務都很好。

有早餐，且還可以小孩入住

我跟本沒去住。因為機票問題無法更改飯店真的很不夠意思。

朝食がとても豪華で美味しかったです。

房間不是特別大，但是比較乾淨，服務員態度也非常好。每天都會主動送幾瓶水。 早餐比較簡單，但是還算健康。對面有個福建會館。

The staff is so willing to help. I have a good time here. And many delicious food and places are around our hotel, which is very convenient

It's a old hotel but the service was good and staff helped me with my early check out because of flight change they got me a free taxi to the airport which was very kind so no complaints as for Hanoi I did not like the place at all
