Nhân viên đã làm mọi thứ để làm hài lòng chúng tôi. Bữa ăn ngon và phần ăn rất lớn. Chuyến đi cho phép chúng tôi nghỉ ngơi trong một môi trường đẹp. Tổng thể đó là trải nghiệm tốt nhất của tôi ở Việt Nam cho đến nay. Tàu đẹp, hướng dẫn viên xuất sắc. Toàn bộ đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện và tận tâm. Đồ ăn tuyệt vời và vịnh Hạ Long quá tuyệt vời. Đây là một địa điểm tuyệt vời trên thế giới, tôi rất vui mừng khi thấy họ chú ý đến vấn đề rác thải nhựa, không sử dụng chai nhựa và tất cả mọi người giữ cho môi trường sạch sẽ.

Chương trình du thuyền thư giãn và được tổ chức tốt. Hướng dẫn viên Tommy rất chuyên nghiệp và đảm bảo thông tin về các hoạt động và thời gian cho mọi người. Chiếc xe bus/limousine mà chúng tôi được đón là rất thoải mái và sạch sẽ. Được nâng cấp lên tàu Starlight miễn phí là một điều tuyệt vời. Tổng thể, chuyến đi này đáng giá tiền. Du khách may mắn vì không nhiều người tham gia cùng chúng tôi. Điều này có thể đúng cho cả Oriental Sails.

Service of the staff was excellent.

Great boat and tour guide excellent. All staff helpful and nice. Food was incredible and Halong Bay so beautiful. Amazing place in the world, great to see they are conscious of plastic waste, no plastic bottles and everyone keeping environment clean.

The staff did everything to keep us happy. The meals were good and the portions big. The trip allowed us to rest in a beautiful environment. Overall that was my best experience in Vietnam so far.

The cruise was lovely! The view from the rooms is amazing, the staff is friendly, everything is well-organized, the food is delicious and more than enough! The cooking class is short and fun! This cruise was among the highlights of our trip to Vietnam!

We were upgraded to a Starlight Cruise for free. Overall it was a great trip and worth the money (we were also quite lucky as there weren’t many people on the cruise with us). Whether this would be true for Oriental Sails as well we can’t say.

The programmes are relaxed and well organised. Our guide, Tommy, is very professional and he made sure to inform everyone of the activities and timing. The bus/limousine van that we were picked up in was very comfortable and clean.

Staff and food were excellent. Facilities on the boat good with plenty of reasonably priced drinks available. Rooms clean with plenty of hot water in shower. You stay overnight in one the quieter bays which was nice.
