Checked in around 1:30 a.m. to find the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. The front desk staff promised to turn it on, but the fan took forever to cool the room, which only happened by the next morning. Out of the three showers, two were cold and one was hot. On the last night, I woke up drenched in sweat as the air conditioner had stopped working, and the room was 28°. Having spent 5 weeks in 4-5 star hotels, this place is definitely not a four-star.

Tôi đã du lịch 5 tuần ở các khách sạn 4-5 sao, nơi này chắc chắn không đạt tiêu chuẩn 4 sao.

Ants were found on the TV stand and around the sink. The bed was comfortable, but the interior needs updating.

After approximately 12 hours, three phone calls, and a trip to reception, I finally managed to get an iron for my shirt... a far cry from the usual friendly service I expect in Vietnam.

Mất khoảng 12 giờ đồng hồ, 3 cuộc điện thoại và một lần xuống tiếp tân trước khi có một cái bàn ủi để ủi chiếc áo sơ mi của tôi... không phải dịch vụ thân thiện của Việt Nam mà tôi đã quen thuộc.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit HCMC. There's a michelin select restaurant just across the road and many tailor shops within walking distance. I will stay at this hotel for my next visit to HCMC.

Room was clean, location is super close to everything as it is very central in District 1. I could walk to most places if I wanted to! One thing that I felt was very good is the service attitude of the staff. All of them are very smiley and help you with whatever you can. Lifts your mood lots!
