While the hotel offers expansive and classy spaces, some rooms show signs of wear, resulting in a room interior rating of 3-4 stars. My favorite feature remains opening the balcony door to the refreshing morning air right beside the Perfume River, overlooking the bridge. The hotel's breakfast spread includes a variety of dishes, though not all are exceptionally delicious. One standout is the delectable crab soup. A notable improvement would be the speed of food replenishment; often, dishes run out and take quite a while to be restocked. Drawing from my extensive hotel breakfast experiences, effective management oversight by a dedicated manager is key to ensuring quality service.

Điều mình thích nhất là mở cửa ban công ra ngay bên sông Hương, ngắm cầu và thở không khí trong lành vào buổi sáng. Bữa sáng tại khách sạn cũng đa dạng món ăn nhưng chưa thực sự ngon. Món soup cua là một điểm nhấn, tuy nhiên còn một vấn đề cần cải thiện là thời gian phục vụ chậm, nhiều món hết nhưng phải đợi lâu mới được bổ sung. Dựa trên kinh nghiệm đi nhiều khách sạn, một quản lý chung nghiêm túc có thể giúp điều hành nhân viên hiệu quả.

Accidentally staying at a hotel steeped in history and tradition was a remarkable experience, with the highlight being the stunning view overlooking the Huong River! Vietnam's rainy season turned out to be much colder than anticipated, prompting me to purchase a padded jacket upon arrival. Nonetheless, I appreciated the availability of a bathtub and heater for warmth. Breakfast at a local eatery resembling Hue City, with views of the Perfume River and cityscape, evoked a sense of being immersed in Hue's charm. However, the aging condition of the historical hotel due to inadequate upkeep was regrettable (though not overly inconvenient, it was noisy at night, necessitating earplugs). With proper refurbishment, it could regain its former status as a respected 4-star establishment. I pondered whether such transformation was possible. ^^;

I enjoyed a very comfortable 4 night stay at this charming riverside hotel. My room was serviced daily by the competent domestic staff. Breakfast was very good and served by the delightful restaurant staff. The hotels location was very good and though located in the city center it was very quiet and restful. I will definitely use it again and i unreservedly recommend it to others. Thank you Huong Giang Resort and spa for a lovely stay.
