Tôi viết thư này ngay bây giờ sau khi cố gắng liên hệ với khách sạn / đại lý đặt phòng này nhiều lần kể từ khi hành trình của chúng tôi có hình quả lê. Chúng tôi đã đặt một chuyến du thuyền 3 ngày 2 đêm trên Vịnh Hạ Long, từ cuối ngày thứ nhất khi người điều khiển tàu phát hiện ra chúng tôi không phải là khách qua đêm vì những người còn lại, chúng tôi cảm thấy chúng tôi đã lên lạch mà không có mái chèo. Chúng tôi được đưa ra cho một công ty lữ hành khác, người đã chuyển chúng tôi lên thuyền chuyển nhượng Cát Bà. Hướng dẫn ở đó không biết gì về chúng tôi trên tàu. Chúng tôi dự định ở tại khu nghỉ dưỡng ở đảo Cát Bà nhưng hướng dẫn viên đã đưa chúng tôi xuống xe buýt trước và đưa chúng tôi đến một khách sạn giá rẻ ở một con đường nhỏ. Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi được đưa trở lại thuyền chuyển để gặp những người đấu thầu đưa bạn trở lại thuyền du lịch để đưa bạn trở lại Vịnh Hạ Long. Các cuộc đấu thầu đã đến và khách được chuyển ngoại trừ chúng tôi. Tôi hỏi người hướng dẫn mà chúng tôi đang diễn ra và khuôn mặt anh ta rớt xuống khi anh ta nhận ra rằng anh ta đã quên chúng tôi. Ông gọi chiếc thuyền phía trước từ rất lâu và thuyền của chúng tôi đã đuổi theo cho đến khi cuối cùng họ gửi một gói thầu cho chúng tôi. Khi chúng tôi lên thuyền Hạ Long, họ cho chúng tôi ăn trưa và cũng chuyển đến Hà Nội. Thật là một ĐÊM. . .

Rất may mắn vì có khách sạn để ở (IMAGE HOTEL)giá 300k/ đêm khách sạn có thang máy trung tâm ,sạch đẹp ,wiff khỏe ,chủ khách sạn nhiệt tình tư vấn đặt tour halong 2 ngày 1 đêm ngủ trên du thuyền 3,5sao gá 105 usd/ khách bao gồm ăn ,chèo thuyền ,tắm biển ....điều thích thú nhất là lớp học nấu ăn ( cách gói nem truyền thống ) chúng tôi rất hài lòng với chương tình trên .gửi đánh giá thay cho lời cảm ơn tới khách sạn( văn phòng công ty ) đã tổ chức chương tình.😃😃😃😃😃

Khách sạn này rất sạch sẽ với thang máy, AC, wiffi. Chúng tôi đặt 2 đêm ở khách sạn chỉ 12 usd / đêm. Tour 1 ngày 8 giờ tham quan Hạ Long với chèo thuyền kayak, ăn trưa trên thuyền giá tốt: 35 usd / người. Sau khi đặt tour du lịch xe riêng đến sân bay CaBi 30 usd. Chuyến đi rất tốt yêu ở lại halong. Cám ơn vì tất cả

We had a sleeper bus from Sapa to Halong bay which arrived at 0200 (booked through A21). The bus stopped directly outside the image hotel which is clearly prearranged. We were exhausted and initially the owner who was waiting outside ushered us in with the promise of warm showers, clean rooms and a good price (agreed 240vnd/night). The room itself was basic but absolutely fine - exactly what we needed. The next morning he also sold us a Halong bay tour for 2m60 vnd for the two of us- so he made a good amount out of our stay. After that his entire attitude changed as he knew he wasn’t getting anything more from us. On our last night he didn’t even look up to greet us. The electricity to our room was turned off and on requesting a taxi to get to the airport he attempted to charge us 250vnd over the going rate. Needless to say we booked it from another hotel. We had to check out and into our taxi at 0330 to make our flight and had one night left to pay. He was up and made me search through my notes in the pitch darkness before trying to make out he couldn’t give me change. He blindly handed me two British passports without even looking, which I had to decline as I had never given ours up. He asked if there were any extras we owed and I said no. He then took off - apparently to check our room, but thinking we were done we got into our waiting taxi. 5mins later our ordeal began- a flash car flew past our taxi, cutting in front of him and forcing him to pull over. The boss then jumped out and starts shouting in Vietnamese at our poor driver. He demands the windows to be wound down and in English then begins berating us for three small bottles of water being taken from the room worth 30k vnd. He was absolutely furious and saying that he told us to wait, which he did not, in fact he barely bothered to heed our existence before. When we offered money he refused it, saying I don’t want your money!!! At this point he was within arms length of my door with just myself and my female travelling companion. Two young females and a very bewildered taxi driver in the front. We tried to reason with him, even offering a 200vnd note but he was insistent that he wanted us taken back to his hotel and kept trying to get the taxi driver to turn around the car. He attempted to open the boot to get to our luggage! All I could do was firmly tell the taxi driver who spoke little English, NO! At this point, perhaps naively, I said listen we’ve offered you money, we aren’t going back with you, we will call the police! He laughed and said: call the police. He reached multiple times into his back pocket while he was raving and ranting and trying to open the car and we were genuinely scared he was armed. At this stage the taxi driver who saw us offering the money multiple times said something in Vietnamese, he took my 50vnd note and oddly returned with change. All of this over 30vnd when we’d spent heavily with him and over a simple misunderstanding, made no sense whatsoever. We have experienced nothing else of this kind here in Vietnam. Everyone has been welcoming and charming. He was like a different person once he thought he’d extracted all the money out of us and I really do not know what would have happened if we had been taken back to his hotel. I dread to think. We didn’t feel safe until we were on our flight to Da Nang as he seemed heavily connected. I hope this won’t put anyone off Ha long bay which was a must see for us for one day, but I hope for your own safety, avoid this place like the plague.
