Khách sạn không mới, nhưng thiết kế đơn giản nhưng sang trọng, phù hợp với mọi thời đại. Vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện. Có tầng hầm rộng rãi để xe. Phòng ngủ gia đình hơi hẹp. Nhà vệ sinh không có vòi nước. Bữa sáng ngon miệng.

Prior to the pandemic, I used to stay at the hotel 2-3 times annually for business trips. My last stay was nearly four years ago. Overall, the rooms and amenities are well-maintained. The TVs in guest rooms have been recently upgraded (though Bluetooth speakers would be a nice addition). Services such as dining, housekeeping, and reception are consistently efficient with friendly staff. The drawback is the compact size of the rooms. It's a suitable hotel for business travelers in the downtown area, albeit slightly pricey. For leisure stays, there are plenty of better alternatives available.

Các TV trong phòng khách cũng đã được nâng cấp (sẽ tốt hơn nếu có loa Bluetooth đi kèm), và dịch vụ nhà hàng, dọn phòng, tiếp tân đều không chê vào đâu được. Hầu hết nhân viên đều niềm nở và hiệu quả. Nhược điểm duy nhất là phòng hơi nhỏ. Đây là khách sạn phù hợp cho các chuyến công tác tại trung tâm thành phố, mặc dù giá phòng hơi cao. Nếu bạn đến đây để nghỉ dưỡng, có nhiều lựa chọn tốt hơn.

I attended a company training session here. The training room was well-organized and luxurious. I enjoyed the buffet because the food was delicious, offering a wide variety including Vietnamese, Japanese, and European dishes. I look forward to returning to Novotel next time I get the chance.

Over the past year, my family and I have established a weekend lunch tradition at The Food Exchange restaurant located in Novotel. The restaurant boasts an impressive buffet selection, a pleasant dining area, enjoyable non-alcoholic beverages, and consistently friendly and attentive staff. They occasionally feature a dedicated area for children to eat and play. My wife, a culinary enthusiast, is eager to revisit. We extend our gratitude to the chefs and staff at Novotel.

Nhà hàng có một lựa chọn buffet tuyệt vời, không gian ăn uống đẹp, đồ uống không cồn ngon và vui nhộn đi kèm, và nhân viên thân thiện và luôn chu đáo. Đôi khi, họ cũng có khu vực ăn uống và chơi cho trẻ em. Vợ tôi là một người thích ẩm thực và cô ấy luôn muốn quay lại. Cảm ơn đầu bếp và nhân viên tại Novotel.

I visited Novotel on June 12, 2022, at 8:00 PM local time and found the front desk staff extremely unhelpful.

Tôi đã ghé thăm Novotel vào ngày 12 tháng 6 năm 2022 vào lúc 8 giờ tối theo giờ địa phương và phải nói rằng nhân viên lễ tân rất không nhiệt tình.

Arriving at the conference, I found that there was no WC on the first floor, so I had to go up to another floor to use one, yet surprisingly, it still garnered 4 stars =_=

I have spent more than 3 nights in the hotel. It locates in good area in District 1 and easily accessible to tourist attraction places.

房間乾淨整潔設施齊全舒適，環境非常不錯，地處市中心出行很方便，中國總領事館就在旁邊。服務態度很好，禮貌周到。酒店對面就有一家東南亞菜系的餐廳味道很不錯的。忘記拍酒店內的照片了，衹拍了周邊
