Mặc dù còn đang thi công, nhưng vị trí từ trung tâm Nha Trang không quá xa và vẫn có thể đi bộ đến bãi biển chính. Một số vấn đề xây dựng như sơn và bê tông bị vấn đề nhưng không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều. Một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, đặc biệt với hồ bơi tầng 5 và view biển đẹp, phòng rộng và sạch sẽ, giá hợp lý. Có một số vấn đề với xây dựng, nhưng chúng không làm phiền chúng tôi quá nhiều. Sự việc là mình cùng đoàn vào check in ks này nhưng bởi vì trong đoàn có em nhỏ cần 2 phòng để ở gần mẹ và ông bà. Khách sạn có hơn 200 phòng nhưng mà các bạn lễ tân bảo là không có phòng trống. Ơ hay các bạn làm việc thật là thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Trong khi đó phòng chưa nhận rất chi là nhiều. Các bạn có tinh thần hỗ trợ vãi chưởng. Đó là chưa kể các bạn nc với khách thì ko đứng còn ngồi bấm ĐT, quản lý thì làm việc rất chi là Local, Các bạn cho tôi thấy khách sạn của các bạn ko nên làm dịch vụ.

Xây dựng trong khách sạn Lưu ý rằng hầu hết các phòng ở đây đều có công trình xây dựng bắt đầu từ 9 giờ sáng, điều này sẽ đánh thức bạn dậy chắc chắn. Thay đổi phòng là khó khăn vì tiếng anh kém và kỹ năng nhấn mạnh của nhân viên.

Skybar được quảng cáo là một tính năng có thể truy cập bằng thang máy nhưng chưa mở để sử dụng (đóng cửa trong một thời gian dài) và cực kỳ bẩn thỉu, vẫn có đồ trang trí Giáng sinh. Cả hai phòng khách sạn của chúng tôi, chúng tôi vẫn còn thiếu ghế bàn trên ban công nhưng có tải đang nằm xung quanh trong Skybar không sử dụng. Phòng làm sạch rất kém, sàn chỉ một phần mopped điều duy nhất họ đã làm trong nhà vệ sinh đã được đặt một hình tam giác trên giấy vệ sinh, chén bẩn không loại bỏ / thay thế bằng những người sạch sẽ. An toàn trong phòng đã không được bắt vít. Tôi có thể dễ dàng nhặt nó lên và bước ra khỏi phòng, rất nhiều cho an ninh. Bộ khăn trải giường không được trang bị và chất lượng rất kém. Bavico dường như chỉ phục vụ cho khách du lịch Trung Quốc bằng xe buýt. Khách sạn có rất nhiều khách, không có người phương Tây mặc dù, hầu như tất cả từ Trung Quốc, ngoại trừ một vài từ Nga. Không phải là nơi thiết lập cho người phương Tây. Rất ít nhân viên hiểu tiếng Anh, một số ít thân thiện nhất không, hầu hết đều rất trẻ. Không phải là một vị trí tốt, quá xa trung tâm thị trấn, quá xa bãi biển nghèo quá cảnh và từ bãi biển bằng xe đưa đón, nghiêm túc chúng tôi đi thay vì dùng xe đưa đón vì người lái xe rất thô lỗ và luôn xuất hiện để được ngủ trong xe đưa đón bất cứ khi nào được thông qua. Hồ bơi đã được mở ra nhưng mỗi khi tôi kiểm tra nó ra nó đã được sản phẩm nào, và vẫn có một giai đoạn băng qua hồ bơi đã được sử dụng cho một đám cưới từ lâu. Điện chiếu sáng cáp treo lủng lẳng (rơi ra) từ giai đoạn qua trực tiếp trên hồ bơi, điều này cảm thấy không an toàn nhưng đèn đã được tắt ít nhất. We stayed here on a family holiday. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool was closed everyday and there was a function on every night with very loud music. Buffet was disappointing. Lots of options but food was not very nice. Elevators were very slow! I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for a large family vacation . Because we were traveling with children a must have for us was a pool, the pool and fitness room were never open during our stay due to private functions held in the the pool location . The breakfast buffet was yuck we paid extra for our children to eat at a breakfast buffet that we could not eat at. Elevators were always full due to the private functions. All in all we paid for a 4 star hotel that did not offer the amenities .

Booked this hotel are a few weeks of travelling around in hostels, and it was perfect. The cost was very reasonable for a high quality 4* hotel. Our rooms were big, cleaned regularly and had decent air conditioning. The most stand out feature were the reception staff who could not have been more helpful and polite. I'd highly recommend investing in a massage which is discounted if you stay in the hotel. It's slightly more expensive than others but the difference in quality is notable. In terms of food the breakfast has a number of tasty different options from Vietnamese to Western. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel online and my reason for it was it is away from the central of tourist. I was having second thought on this hotel with some of the 1 star review recently. I mentioned in the note that this is our make up honeymoon trip and that I hope our stay is special. They confirmed they got my note and asked if there is anything else they can do, which is huge for me because there is lack on confirmation and acknowledgement in communication in this country over all. I responded with as a matter of fact there is, our plane is due on arrival at 1030am and I understand we can't check in until 2pm, but if there is anyway we can get our room early it will be great since we have taken an overnight bus from the Mekong Delta up to Ho Chi Minh since 11pm the night before. They responded that yes, but I was not on wifi so I did not received the message until after we checked in. upon my arrival, I told them I know we are early but if we can check in now it would be great. the front desk guessed my name immediately and checked us in within minutes and we were walked to our room. They actually took us to a suite which is a total surprised! this was extra special to us since this is our make up honeymoon. for that I really appreciates them! this here is the reason why I gave them a 4 stars vs a 5 stars. the room is gorgeous with a panoramic view of the city and at the other corner a view of the ocean! we were on the 19th floor which is nice and high. the bathroom is cleaned and organized and big! The tub was nice and the shower's pressure was amazing! I can stand under there for hours, there isn't a shortage of hot water. However their hardware isn't working, the tub's faucet was very lose, the sink was leaking, I had to put a towel underneath to soak up the water. we used the shower but their drainage was not draining properly the floor filled with water very quick, at first I didn't notice it flood the toilet area. I feel that they don't have a protocol where the housekeeper communicate with the maintenance department about what needs to be fix or broken. our floor has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking, before getting to our room, there is a seat area that people smokes, which is suffocating before we get to our room. I would recommend the hotel designate floors for smoking and floor specifically for non-smoking to keep the air quality for the non-smokers, it really defeat the whole purpose for the non-smokers to walk thru a hall fill with smoke to get to their non-smoke room. staff was very friendly, I do agree there is a communication problem, as expected, they are aren't as fluent with our language. a few things I want to point out to other readers and reviewers are their body language, though they can't speak to you fluently, they make eye contacts, they smiles, and when they hand you things or receiving you things, it is with both hands, that is their custom for being polite. for that I gave them a 4 stars. I do not recommend using the boat tour recommend by the hotel, it was just more like a service taking you from islands to islands, lack of interaction or things to keep you interest on the small boat. We really enjoy our trip here and hopefully there is better communication improvement among their department to fix what needs to be fix to make it a 4 stars hotels as they should. safe travel and enjoy!

The rooms are big and okay. But the Gym is not working properly. We were not able to swim in the pool because they have has a wedding that they haven't cleaned up yet. The rooftop bar is totally closed. Seems like it haven't been open for ages. In generally the hotel is very bad but the rooms are okay. We just stayed there 1 night. So if you are not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, then it's okay. Otherwise it's not.

We stayed for two nights. Staff were incredibly rude on all interactions....I think the only pleasant staff member was the cleaner vacuuming early morning. We had difficulty communicating with all staff....they don't seem to understand basic English (or don't want to). The front desk attempted to hold our passports during our stay. No way we're we going to let this happen. Only hotel during our whole stay that has attempted this. We made a cash deposit instead but had to ask for it back on check out as it wasn't offered willingly. The room was not particularly clean. Had past guests hair all over the floor. Hotel offers a electric car to take guests to and from the beach at particular times. leave at 2pm got there 1.50pm realised the driver was asleep in back of car asked when if she was taking guests to the beach got a clear "no". Asked front desk as it was now 210pm. They spoke to driver, driver said not leaving until 230pm. What's the point in offering this service? So many staff on cell phones and just generally uninterested. Was a very fustrating bizarre stay!

This hotel is nor in center of Tran Phu st, but further down to Nha Trang Cham island. It gives the hotel a clear and nice view of the sea. The Suite room is spacious and has nice bathroom. We only have a bit of water problem but serious. Breakfast was ok, fully packed by locals so not very comfy for staying guests We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in August and our overall experience was awesome. On checkin we were upgraded which I was so impressed by. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was an issue. The sky bar was amazing with talented bar staff, great food and the manager was one of the nicest people we had met on our holiday. Breakfast was extremely busy and seemed to run out of fresh fruit. There was also a large variety of western and Asian food. The restaurant just outside the hotel was our favorite with my husband trying some local delights which he loved. The only problem was it was abit of a walk to the main part of Nha Trang but other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was large with great view on the Nha Trang Bay. The decoration and amenities were fine. The breakfast was ok, not many choices, average quality, average service too. Staff at the entrance to check breakfast voucher were not smilling at all. It seems that they give you a favor to allow you to get into breakfast room. Too many Chinese tourist groups that made too much noise. It took so much time to wait for the lift up and down also. When I checked in, there was no room available so I told bellman and front desk staff that I would come back after having lunch and put my things in the room. They promised but when I came back. My room was ready but no suitcase in the room. I had to go down to look for a bellman who stored my suitcase. Swimming pool half indoor and half outdoor was not very clean and not impressive.

This hotel has so much potential to be one of the nicest hotels in Vietnam. But its a little hit and miss. Miss When we arrived they requested to keep our passports, i explained I was very uncomfortable with this so I was told we could pay a $200 bond for the room instead. Fine I thought, when I handed over my credit card I was asked if I had cash instead? In the end they said they would not take my card and only keep one passport instead of all 4 guests. At this point I just wanted to check in and get some rest so I agreed. Hit Once checked in I was very happy with the room, great size and comfortable beds. Miss The next morning we went to breakfast at around 9:30am and while there where lots of options none of it was very fresh. Breakfast still had another 30mins of service. When I saw the bacon I was almost sick. Under cooked and left in a warmer that was not very warm at all. Hit While many of the staff have little English all of them do work very hard at any requests you may have, it takes a few goes to get your point across but it all works out in the end. All the bar and wait staff are lovely and the bell boys way always there to help us with Taxis. We exchange some cash at reception and found it to be a great rate. The pool area is huge and it has an amazing view Miss The cleaning of the rooms was pretty poor. I can only assume its because they have so many rooms to clean they must have to rush to get them all done.

I came to Nha Trang on my holiday and stay at Bavico International hotel. I found that this hotel provide good service with resonable room rate. The room was very clean, quiet. Restaurant service is good with staffs always smile. Recommend for the price and friendly staff !

Big spacious room, nice toilet with bath tub and 2 beds - one queen and one single. Bed wasn't too good for me. Had a bad backache when i woke up. Stayed for the night just to sleep for 6 to 8 hours during the Tet season. Hotel was not fully booked but was at capacity. There is a rooftop bar so be prepared for music till midnight or 1 am if you stay at the higher floors. I stayed on 15. The bar is on 24. You can still hear the music. The hotel is a year old so stuff is still in fairly good condition. The bbq beef restaurant beside it is my favourite. The hotel breakfast is not too good. Variety is so so. Eating area looks like a canteen more than a restaurant. Food quality, not good. Do yourself a favour and eat out. Hotel is fine just for a short stay and if you are not too fussy but i'm not too sure i'd choose this hotel to stay for more than 2 nights.

However their hardware isn't working, the tub's faucet was very lose, the sink was leaking, I had to put a towel underneath to soak up the water. we used the shower but their drainage was not draining properly the floor filled with water very quick, at first I didn't notice it flood the toilet area. I feel that they don't have a protocol where the housekeeper communicate with the maintenance department about what needs to be fix or broken. our floor has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking, before getting to our room, there is a seat area that people smokes, which is suffocating before we get to our room. I would recommend the hotel designate floors for smoking and floor specifically for non-smoking to keep the air quality for the non-smokers, it really defeat the whole purpose for the non-smokers to walk thru a hall fill with smoke to get to their non-smoke room. staff was very friendly, I do agree there is a communication problem, as expected, they are aren't as fluent with our language. a few things I want to point out to other readers and reviewers are their body language, though they can't speak to you fluently, they make eye contacts, they smiles, and when they hand you things or receiving you things, it is with both hands, that is their custom for being polite. for that I gave them a 4 stars. I do not recommend using the boat tour recommend by the hotel, it was just more like a service taking you from islands to islands, lack of interaction or things to keep you interest on the small boat. We really enjoy our trip here and hopefully there is better communication improvement among their department to fix what needs to be fix to make it a 4 stars hotels as they should. safe travel and enjoy!

The rooms are big and okay. But the Gym is not working properly. We were not able to swim in the pool because they have has a wedding that they haven't cleaned up yet. The rooftop bar is totally closed. Seems like it haven't been open for ages. In generally the hotel is very bad but the rooms are okay. We just stayed there 1 night. So if you are not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, then it's okay. Otherwise it's not.

We stayed for two nights. Staff were incredibly rude on all interactions....I think the only pleasant staff member was the cleaner vacuuming early morning. We had difficulty communicating with all staff....they don't seem to understand basic English (or don't want to). The front desk attempted to hold our passports during our stay. No way we're we going to let this happen. Only hotel during our whole stay that has attempted this. We made a cash deposit instead but had to ask for it back on check out as it wasn't offered willingly. The room was not particularly clean. Had past guests hair all over the floor. Hotel offers a electric car to take guests to and from the beach at particular times. leave at 2pm got there 1.50pm realised the driver was asleep in back of car asked when if she was taking guests to the beach got a clear "no". Asked front desk as it was now 210pm. They spoke to driver, driver said not leaving until 230pm. What's the point in offering this service? So many staff on cell phones and just generally uninterested. Was a very fustrating bizarre stay!

This hotel is nor in center of Tran Phu st, but further down to Nha Trang Cham island. It gives the hotel a clear and nice view of the sea. The Suite room is spacious and has nice bathroom. We only have a bit of water problem but serious. Breakfast was ok, fully packed by locals so not very comfy for staying guests We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in August and our overall experience was awesome. On checkin we were upgraded which I was so impressed by. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was an issue. The sky bar was amazing with talented bar staff, great food and the manager was one of the nicest people we had met on our holiday. Breakfast was extremely busy and seemed to run out of fresh fruit. There was also a large variety of western and Asian food. The restaurant just outside the hotel was our favorite with my husband trying some local delights which he loved. The only problem was it was abit of a walk to the main part of Nha Trang but other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

My room was large with great view on the Nha Trang Bay. The decoration and amenities were fine. The breakfast was ok, not many choices, average quality, average service too. Staff at the entrance to check breakfast voucher were not smilling at all. It seems that they give you a favor to allow you to get into breakfast room. Too many Chinese tourist groups that made too much noise. It took so much time to wait for the lift up and down also. When I checked in, there was no room available so I told bellman and front desk staff that I would come back after having lunch and put my things in the room. They promised but when I came back. My room was ready but no suitcase in the room. I had to go down to look for a bellman who stored my suitcase. Swimming pool half indoor and half outdoor was not very clean and not impressive.

This hotel has so much potential to be one of the nicest hotels in Vietnam. But its a little hit and miss. Miss When we arrived they requested to keep our passports, i explained I was very uncomfortable with this so I was told we could pay a $200 bond for the room instead. Fine I thought, when I handed over my credit card I was asked if I had cash instead? In the end they said they would not take my card and only keep one passport instead of all 4 guests. At this point I just wanted to check in and get some rest so I agreed. Hit Once checked in I was very happy with the room, great size and comfortable beds. Miss The next morning we went to breakfast at around 9:30am and while there where lots of options none of it was very fresh. Breakfast still had another 30mins of service. When I saw the bacon I was almost sick. Under cooked and left in a warmer that was not very warm at all. Hit While many of the staff have little English all of them do work very hard at any requests you may have, it takes a few goes to get your point across but it all works out in the end. All the bar and wait staff are lovely and the bell boys way always there to help us with Taxis. We exchange some cash at reception and found it to be a great rate. The pool area is huge and it has an amazing view Miss The cleaning of the rooms was pretty poor. I can only assume its because they have so many rooms to clean they must have to rush to get them all done.

I came to Nha Trang on my holiday and stay at Bavico International hotel. I found that this hotel provide good service with resonable room rate. The room was very clean, quiet. Restaurant service is good with staffs always smile. Recommend for the price and friendly staff !

Big spacious room, nice toilet with bath tub and 2 beds - one queen and one single. Bed wasn't too good for me. Had a bad backache when i woke up. Stayed for the night just to sleep for 6 to 8 hours during the Tet season. Hotel was not fully booked but was at capacity. There is a rooftop bar so be prepared for music till midnight or 1 am if you stay at the higher floors. I stayed on 15. The bar is on 24. You can still hear the music. The hotel is a year old so stuff is still in fairly good condition. The bbq beef restaurant beside it is my favourite. The hotel breakfast is not too good. Variety is so so. Eating area looks like a canteen more than a restaurant. Food quality, not good. Do yourself a favour and eat out. Hotel is fine just for a short stay and if you are not too fussy but i'm not too sure i'd choose this hotel to stay for more than 2 nights.
