Nice hotel in a very convenient location for the Hanoi Old Quarter. What really stands out about the hotel is the amazing 14th floor cocktail bar (which has a happy hour). The staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful. In particular, we had excellent service and great cocktails from the lovely Tuan in the cocktail bar!

The hotel has an open space, quite beautifully decorated and is located near the city center, tourist attractions, entertainment areas, shopping centers. The hotel staff are cheerful, friendly, sociable, and professional. The breakfast at the hotel makes me quite satisfied because the buffets are diverse and have many choices. The hotel also has a Space Viet restaurant and a Rooftop bar.

Excellent cocktail bar on level 14 with balcony seating. Enjoyed a couple of great pre-dinner cocktails sitting on the balcony looking at the Hanoi skyline at dusk. Very friendly staff who are proficient at bartending! My last night of a great Vietnam holiday ☺️

This is a very nice hotel with a great breakfast. Short walk to the old quarter of Hanoi. The doorman was always there to open the doors for us and front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the Military Museum, B52 bomber pond and the night markets.

Staff are a huge plus: friendly, supportive and professional. Both view and food are phenomenal Room is standard but as I have mentioned, the people here is what makes this hotel above those in the same price range In short, will be coming back :)

Great service. We were so well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel has a great location for looking round the city. Would recommend to families. You won’t be disappointed.

The fruit plate is really fresh. The hotel on a quiet road…which is very good for sleeping. You can find the way to coffee shop, market, Ho Tay….and so on. Hotel’s staff so friendly. I am really enjoy when I stay at Flower Garden Hotel. I will come back in furture.

Clean, neat and tidy hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Close to night market and many nice restaurants. They do also have a nice roof top bar with great views. Comfortable bed. It would be good if there is bit more space in the room, however given the location being in the centre of Hanoi, I guess it is ok.

Good stay to stay. Our room good, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good. The location is center, near the lake,. We will come back. There are many choice ar the breakfast. The weather is hot this time. They have roof top bar but we did not try it.

The Flower Garden hotel was a great place to stay. Centrally located to all the highlights of the city. Lovely spacious rooms and a great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend.we stayed 3 nights all on separate occasions as we used it as a base so we had 3 different rooms and all were great.

Flower Garden is a great hotel on a perfect location! It is close to the center but not too crowded. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great with a lot of options. The gym was also very nice and with professional equipment. I would recommend to stay here when in Hanoi.

Great stay! Hotel was very sophisticated, great roof top bar with a view of the city and lake, my room is clean and cozy, great air conditioning. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, gave recommendations on where to eat. I will recommend to friends and relatives when coming to Hanoi.

Excellent hotel, welcoming and helpful staf, comfortabel room, bathroom meets all requirements inclusief a rainshower, great divers breakfast and restaurant, fine rooftop bar with view over Hanoi. Secure Wifi, and a surprising lobby, with a giftshop containing products from all over Vietnam. If you missed it, you can get it here. Location is nearby the old town.
