Vui lòng nhập tên đầy đủ chính xác như ghi trên hộ chiếu của quý khách khi đặt khách sạn. Khách phải cung cấp giấy tờ tùy thân hợp lệ do chính phủ quy định (như hộ chiếu, giấy CMND, bằng lái, v.v.) khi nhận phòng.
Please enter the full name exactly as it appears on your passport when you book the hotel. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

Special check-in instructions
If you are planning to arrive after midnight please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. A scheduled power and hot water outage will take place on May 6, 2025, from noon to 7 PM. All facilities that use power and hot water will not be available during this time. Late check-out, check-in service and housekeeping service will not be available on this date. The name on the booking must match the name on the passport. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger whose stay is included
Know Before You Go

Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
