Please note that the check-in counter at the hotel is very busy between 15:00-17:00. The hotel apologizes for the inconvenience. Guests may ask the hotel staff for luggage storage service before the check-in or after check-out times.

The Palace side rooms below are situated at The Imperial Palace side of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building which offers city views of Tokyo Station promenade and Marunouchi cityscape.
There is a fee of JPY 2,000 for the use of spa.
Breakfast buffet is only available for in-house guests.
The following Classic Comfort rooms are adjoining at platform of the Tokyo Station. You cannot see the view from the rooms.
