Make a reservation in advance for pick-up and drop-off times. Please chose pick-up and drop-off time from 02:30PM, 03:30PM, 04:30PM, or 05:30PM.
Pick-up and drop-off will be by property shuttle car or taxi.
Be sure to let property know in advance if there are any food allergies or religious foods that you cannot eat. Changes cannot be made on the day of check-in.
If you plan to check in after 09:00PM, please be sure to contact us. If you do not contact us, your reservation will be cancelled.
Last check-in is 10pm. However, if dinner is included, you must check in by 6pm. Please note.
Meals and bedding are not included for guests aged 0 to 2. If you would like to add an extra child, please contact us in advance. (Charges apply) |

The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner.
Know Before You Go
- Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

- Fee for full breakfast: approximately JPY 2750 per person
