Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 7:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
- Hida beef is included in the dinner menu for guests who choose the plan with dinner.
- If you need to make any changes due to allergies or other reasons, please be sure to contact us in advance.
(Beef extract cannot be removed).
- No changes will be made on the day of the event.

Special check-in instructions
This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Guests who wish to book “Private Onsen Plan” are encouraged to contact the property before arrival to pre-book it. Guests can reserve the Private Onsen after check-in. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property in advance.
Know Before You Go
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

- A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
