Special check-in instructions
This property offers transfers from the train station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property offers train station pickup service from Gero station only. Extra beds and meals are not available for guests age 5 and younger. Children's meals are served to guests aged 6-9. Guests must be at least 20 years of age to stay in a smoking room.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
- Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
- Hot springs access available from 5:00 AM to midnight.
- Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
