Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Know Before You Go
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
Fees
- Fee for full breakfast: approximately JPY 4400 per person
- Late check-out fee: JPY 3000
- Futon bed fee: JPY 11000 per night
