Many troubles have occurred after arrival at the hotel due to incorrect information and images that the reservation was completed for a room with an open-air bath, even though the reservation was for a standard room.

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Please note: There are no restaurants onsite or nearby.
Know Before You Go
- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
- Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
