Children under 3 years old will be charged JPY 1,080 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Guests who book rooms with breakfast on the same day of arrival must book the rooms before 03:00 PM.
Please check-in before 07:00 PM.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Rooms will be deodorized for non-smoking rooms if requested. |
Special check-in instructions
This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Dinner is not included in half board rates for children 0-5 years old. Guests who wish to have dinner must contact the property 1 day prior to arrival. Guests not requiring dinner service at the hotel can check in until 9 PM.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
- Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to midnight.
- Reservations are required for massage services and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- A car is not required for transportation to and from this property.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
