Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
The room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Charges apply to additional guests.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
From Sep. 1, 2023, we will replace standard amenity products with alternatives that use reduced or zero plastic, and sell amenities at extra cost, to minimize plastic waste. Guests are encouraged to bring their bath items and toiletries.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Disposable personal items such as hairbrush, and shower cap are available for a surcharge in the lobby.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to September.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
