The property requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in.
Please be notified that The Metropolitan Electricity Authority will be conducting maintenance and improvement work on electricity distribution system on Sunday 10th November 2024 from 8.30 – 15.30 hrs. During this time, there will be a temporary power outage in the affected areas for security on operation process.
The schedule and impact on services are as follows:
1) From 8.30 – 12.00 hrs.
Power supply will remain available in some areas. However, essential services including electricity, Internet, elevators and air conditioning will continue to function as normal.
2) From 12.00 – 15.30 hrs.
A temporary power outage will occur. Normal operations including the use of elevators, electricity, Internet and emergency lighting will be disrupted during this period.
We kindly ask for your attention to this notice and encourage you to make any necessary preparations. While we have made every effort to minimize any inconvenience, we sincerely apologize for any disruptions that may occur during this period. |
