Special check-in instructions
This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Futons are not provided in guestrooms for children under 3 years old. Dinner at the onsite restaurant is only available to guests booked in half board stays. Guests are assigned a 90-minute time slot for dinner at check-in. Time slots begin from 5:30 to 7:30 PM daily. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this hotel 3 days in advance.
Know Before You Go
- The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.
- Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
