Kindly be advised that the hotel’s indoor swimming pool at evian SPA TOKYO (5F) will be closed on from January 14 (Tue.) through 16 (Thu.), 2025 for annual maintenance service.The pool will re-open from 6:30 am the following day, January 17 (Fri.).Access to the Fitness Center will not be affected, and evian SPA TOKYO will also be open and operating during this period.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and thank you in advance for your kind understanding.Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in any way.

This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Following policies apply to guests staying in Club Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin Room, Deluxe Twin Room (Triple Use), Executive Suite, Garden Suite, and Chiyoda Suite: 1) Children 12 years old and younger are not permitted in Club Lounge after 5:30 PM. 2) Children ages 5 to 15 are only allowed to use the pool from 9 AM to 5 PM with adult supervision.
