A child aged 5 and under can stay free of charge with sharing the beds.
Meal-inclusive rate does not include meals for children sleeping in existing beds.
Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate.
Accommodation tax of between JPY 100 and 200 is charged at the property per person per night based on room rates.
Baby cot is available for rental and is subject to availability for guestrooms in Main Tower and Annex.
Baby cot is limited to infants who are younger than 24 months old and are not able to stand up yet. To reserve a baby cot, guests can use the Special Request box when booking.
Bed rail (baby guard) is available for rental and is subject to availability.
Bed rail (baby guard) is limited to infants who are between 18 months and 60 months old and are able to climb into bed by themselves. To reserve a bed rail (baby guard), guests can use the Special Request box when booking.
Customers who have chosen the breakfast plan, please bring your room key card or accommodation certificate to the breakfast restaurants.
Reservations are required for the fitness center. Only people over the age of 18 can use it.
【Changes in Installation of Amenities in Guest Room】
From the perspective of environmental conservation based on SDGs, our hotel will make the following changes to the installation of room amenities from April 1st, 2024.
Among the plastic products installed in the Guest Rooms, cotton pads and cotton swabs will no longer be provided. We will switch some of the products to biomass products and set as follows.

【Notice of Exterior Wall Construction at the Annex Tower】
We would like to inform you that there will be maintenance work on the exterior wall of the Annex Tower during the dates below. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. A scheduled power outage will take place on January 22, 2025, from 1-5 AM, in the Main Tower building. All facilities that use power, including the Internet, will not be available during this time. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 4-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children 3 and under. Guests booked in breakfast inclusive rate plans are required to bring their keycard or reservation confirmation to the breakfast venue. Guests must be over 18 years old to access the fitness facility. Reservations are required.
Know Before You Go
- Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
- Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
- Guests with tattoos are not able to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
- This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
