Giường phụ là dạng giường gấp và tùy theo điều kiện có sẵn.
Hút thuốc chỉ được phép ở các khu vực chỉ định. Khách hàng hút thuốc ở nơi khác phải chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ mọi chi phí, tổn hại có liên quan do hút thuốc gây ra.
Những khách đi đến Singapore theo mọi Giấy thông hành Hàng không, Giấy thông hành An toàn hoặc các sắp xếp tương tự phải thông báo cho khách sạn về tình trạng của mình tại thời điểm đặt phòng. Ngoài ra, những khách sử dụng các chương trình như Giấy thông hành Hàng không (ATP) và Làn Xanh đối ứng (RGL) vẫn phải tự cách ly trong phòng khách sạn của họ cho đến khi kết quả xét nghiệm COVID-19 sau khi đến được xác nhận là âm tính.
