This is modern apartment in Times City, one of the super urban areas in Hanoi. The place offers plenty of space, quietness, safely, clean air and a first-world living standard, at a highly affordble price. Location is approximately 15 min's drive to the Old Quarter.

The place is perfect if you're keen on visting popular attractions. It 's paticularly great for bussiness traverler, families and groups of friends.

Here, you will find everything: quietness, clean air, lots of trees, a lake, safely, a huge of shopping mall, a supermarket, many convinent stores, kid playgrounds, a lot of space for jogging and last but not at least, a convinent location not far from the center .

You will be staying in a spacious 85m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room. The master bedroom has a large window and a private bathroom while the smaller bedroom has a bacony and uses a shared bathroom.

You ''ll have fast internet and amenities such as towels, shampoo, soap, tootpaste, hair dryer, iron and washing machine.

The kichen is equipped so that you can do some cooking

On the underground floor of the building, there is a huge shopping mall with supermarket, so anything you need is only within walking distance.

Interaction with Guests: I let you in, show you apartment and answer any questions. I like hanging out and make new friends so if we both have time I''ll lbe glad to take you around and maybe introduce you to some delicious local food.

Getiing around the city from my place is very easy. Taxi is available 24/7 just in front of the building. It takes only 15 mins and around $3 to get to the Old Quater. Even thought if you use Uber or Grab app, it can be much cheaper.
