Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property's fitness center, swimming pools, sauna and golf driving range are closed every first Wednesday of the month. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 3-12, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children ages 2 and under. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. The outdoor pool fee varies seasonally. In high season (June 21-August 20), the fee is KRW 50,000 per adult and KRW 25,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 60,000 per adult and KRW 30,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. In low season (August 21-June 20), the fee is KRW 30,000 per adult and KRW 15,000 per child aged 3-15, Monday-Thursday; and KRW 40,000 per adult and KRW 20,000 per child aged 3-15 on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays. It is property policy that infants under 36 months old must wear waterproof diapers in the outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast may be served in 2 time slots (7-8:30 AM and 8:30-10 AM), depending on hotel occupancy.
