It's a 12-minute drive to the old town from here. I'm delighted to be staying here tonight and exploring the old town.

+The rooms are very stylish and spacious (2-bedroom executive), everything is brand new.+The rooms are kept very clean, and the cleaning staff does a brilliant job.+The gym equipment is okay, but the towels are too small (approximately 20x20cm)+There is a nice area at the beach to relax, but unfortunately, there are very few long chairs/sunbeds. I estimate around 20 for the entire complex.+You can rent a football (and possibly other items) to play on the grass.-The service for bringing suitcases is too slow (took 15 minutes)-The service at lunchtime is quite poor; it took around 20 minutes to bring 3 cokes and around 40 minutes for a burger-The toilet seats at the large pool restrooms need changing; they do not meet the quality of a 5-star hotel-The WiFi does not work properly-The gym towels are too small-I am surprised that so many staff members do not speak any English at all. For example, when we asked for a food menu, they brought us a fork.-There is no food service at all at the big pool. Therefore, we ordered food at the beach, and thankfully, it was brought to us. We ate at the tables around the big pool, but even 5 hours later, the table was not cleared. No one seems to take responsibility.-There is no drinking water provided at the pool-The check-out process takes approximately 10 minutes-The big pool does not get any sun after 4 pm. In my opinion, this is not an optimal design of the building, as it causes shadow to cover the pool area after 4 pm. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed. Many other aspects could be improved.-The staff is very friendly; however, they give the impression of being untrained and inattentive, which does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Also, during breakfast, most of the food was gone and not replaced for about 10 to 15 minutes.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My travel plans were disrupted due to medical reasons (I am in my third trimester), causing me to arrive a day later than originally booked. I promptly contacted the hotel a day in advance upon learning about my delayed arrival due to medical reasons, hoping they would waive the 'no show fee'. However, during checkout, manager Thien was rude, interrupted me, and kept me waiting for over twenty minutes just to inform me that I must pay the 'no show fee', promising a refund pending confirmation from the sales team. Rushing to catch my flight, I couldn't wait for the waiver confirmation. Upon returning home, the hotel refused to waive the fee despite being informed a day before the original booking date. I am deeply disappointed by their lack of accommodation for circumstances beyond my control, especially since I notified them promptly about the delay. Thien, the manager, exhibited rudeness, unpleasantness, and lack of consideration.

It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the nearest area for food. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the nearest night market, which takes about 15 minutes. It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. You can walk directly to the beach from the hotel, and it's not crowded.

I embarked on a journey of filial piety with my mother, and it was delightful because the place was clean, suitable for swimming, and wonderfully tranquil. However, the local infrastructure was lacking, making it inconvenient to rely on a car for transportation every time. It would be ideal to have a large supermarket or restaurant nearby or within the accommodation's vicinity.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The hotel is brand new with fantastic amenities, the staff is exceptional with a positive attitude, and it has one of the best beaches I have ever visited!

One star is too generous! The hotel is unfinished and still under construction. It doesn't deserve to be called a resort because the infrastructure isn't complete. Our room faces a noisy street at night, and the sea view is only partial. The first thing we see from our window is a construction site. Our honeymoon was ruined. But I won't end my criticism there!

아이들과 2베드룸 가든뷰 풀빌라에서 묶었는데 시설도 너무 좋고, 깨끗하고, 직원들도 너무 친절해서 행복하게 머물렀습니다. 다시 베트남 다낭에 간다면 윈덤 호이안 로얄 비치프론트 리조트에 다시 갈 계획입니다. 너무 좋은 추억 만들고 왔습니다.

It is about a 15 minute drive into hoi an centre, and there are free shuttles offered everyday. Although it would be great if there was another shuttle bus available in the early afternoon instead of just early morning and evening. Staff were very helpful and kind.

가족여행으로 풀빌라 너무 좋았습니다. 가격대비 매우 우수했고, 호텔 안에 두개의 큰 수영장 및 해변과 바로 연결되어있어, 사진찍기에도 너무 좋았습니다. 가족 숙소로 최고 인것 같습니다.

태교여행으로 1박2일 지냈던 리조트입니다! 신설 리조트다 보니 잘 알려져있지는 않지만, 매우 만족스럽게 지내다 가요~ 로비에 들어가면 친절하기 문을 열어주시고 체크인을 하게 되는데 로비가 너무 시원하고 깔끔해서 기분이 좋았습니다 음료를 제공해주시면서 체크인도 적혀있는 체크인 시간보다 더 일찍 들어갈 수 있었어요! 방은 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 벌레도 없구요! 한가지 단점은 수압이 조금 약간 것 빼고는 너무 마음에 들었어요. 태교여행이라고 깨끗한 방으로 요청드렸었는데 이벤트형식으로 준비도 해주시고~ 간식(케이크)도 주셔서 너무 좋았습니다 수영장의 경우 두 곳이 있고 리조트안에 수영장도 놀기 좋고 프라이빗 해변가에 있는 수영장도 괜찮았어요! 무엇보다 프라이빗 해변이 바로 앞에 있어서 즐겁게 놀았습니다~ 조식은 종류도 많고 회전율도 빨라서 따뜻하고 맛잇게 먹을 수 있었어요 ! 올드 타운으로 가는 셔틀버스도 제공되어 편하게 놀았습니다~ 다음에 방문하게 되더라도 다시 방문할것 같아요~ 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다 ㅎㅎ
