Exceptional (9.0+)The hotel is clean, super convenient location. The staff is friendly too. I’m on the 8th floor and saw sunrise from the hotel room :)

Exceptional (9.0+)We had an excellent stay at the Granbell. The room was spacious (by Japanese hotel standards) and impeccably clean. I feel like uploading pictures would be pointless as it looks exactly as advised.
The bathroom/bathtub in particular were excellent, very clean and great water pressure/temperature. Check-in was smooth and the hotel staff were proactive and very willing to help.
The breakfast we also included with our room was very varied and catered to a lot of different tastes and food groups, the meat didn't taste cheap unlike some places I've stayed at. I think the scrambled eggs in particular may have been some of the best I've ever had.
As a newly married couple the hotel gave us free coffee vouchers which was a kind gesture. We'd both love to come back again one day. Thank you.
